You can't expect logic....she will point at Anubha than meety will suggest that Manushi will remain in AH first to protect her mother from Manushi's accusation and second Manushi is her sister.

Thats the reason Anubha was warning her in promo that manushi ek chingari hai jo uske ghar ko aag laga degi...

I think manushi is pointing towards anubha...
