I feel the challenge was much better than previous mediocre MC pressure tests.
Nambi chopped the veggies in an inconsistent manner -- her habit of using her instincts rather than "actual observation or the required measurements" hasn't faded away. Bechamel looked too thick lol. Lol, Vikas & Ranvir told her to remove the bigger carrots pieces.
Tuile wasn't replicated. Parmesan foam wasn't the best looking but better than what Ashiq had presented. Partiality saved her dish otherwise those chopped chunks could've killed her dish.
Ashiq- decent croutons in the ovens at first. Parmesan foam on the soup wasn't identical to the original presented dish. Lettuce leaf was chunky. I thought the presentation could've been better.
Suraj- decent croutons in the ovens at first. But, again, he loses track of time & I think thats where he lacked control over. Thus, the spill of the sauce led to his downfall. Lasagna wasn't the best & some of the parmesan foam went in the soup. He knew he f-ed up & he admitted it. He reminds me as a mixture of Sachin & Nayan. I think he could be the next to be ousted because I'm fearing the dejection from today's challenge could be carried over. He had a narrow escape today.
NOTE to the editors: the foam soup he presented was different from what was shown, so stop fooling the audience with your shitty editing skills. How the heck did the parmesan foam reduce in size so easily?
Originally presented---

what was shown by the makers:

Rukhsar- lol, doing a PhD helps her ability in cooking, according to Ranvir.
Lol 😂 🤣 Research involves evolution & innovation. No innovation in her food. She had inadequate amount of the celery sheets for the lasagna lol. Too much of the bechamel sauce in the lasagna. Lasagna wasn't the best, soup was kinda less, tuile was average looking.
Harry- looked freaked out for like a milisecond lol when he was taunted for having a cluttered counter. He struggled on the celery root sheet prep. Soup wasn't identical & the lasagna wasn't his best. He is ousted.
Instead of Ranvir, it should've been chef Manu who should've given the instructions as to how to remove the bread croutons. This should've been disclosed ahead of time.
