Oh and yesterday, what was Doyal doing? Team task is of a team. Why did you leave teh first task entirely on Yasmin and move to something that depended on the first task. You aren't successful in the first task, you don't move ahead. All the other teams worked together for the first and the second tasks together. Why did Doyal leave everything onto Yasmin?

^^ but that's clearly not the reason for negativity towards Yasmin.

Besides Yasmin herself wasn't happy with a team task. So well she got what she wanted!

Had they not gotten out in the first task, her supporters would've been like she did it all alone... And that's why she made such a statement!

Anyway goes a long way to show that she can't work in a team!

Looks like I am one of those on the forum who always maintained that the cooking competition should be about cooking and among the contestants of almost same level. The final 12 should be picked irrespective of their caste, color, gender, economical condition but should have the same culinary standard to understand the basic food science to innovate good recipes and show culinary skills. The judges should be brought from outside and not the in house mentors as we as humans always have biases. I have been against a few contestants from the beginning- and Yasmin was one of them.

Thanks 😊 Its really sad when contestants who deserve to win are eliminated and the ones sobbing out personal issues climb the ladder all the way. Atleast this time expected it would be different, but unfortunately nothing has changed.. If at all there is a next season (i hope not) let them have a sobbing competition during auditions rather than cooking competition. What does one expect to see after having a tiring day at college/work ? Something to relax and forget your problems. What do you see? Sobbing and melodrama everywhere be it reality shows, be it daily soaps, be it anything else.. Every program claims they are different and after the first episode all are same..

Except for Navneet, I've never used any strong words for (or against) any contestant, & that too bcos he speaks arrogantly during the commentary. I only watch this show for the cooking & presentation ideas, but seems that everything happens except the mentioned two.

@ Bold - If you'd only bothered to read the next few lines after the underlined section, you'd have understood I was unhappy that Yasmin won. And I certainly don't need to put any weight in the my argument, as I wrote what I felt. I'm not trying to convert people, just trying for some positivity in the forum

I do not comment without analysis. I have seen number of derogatory comments you have made in that thread called Doyal diary. You clearly have an agenda against her.

You yourself have said what you have said against Navneet.

I am seeing how much you support Yasmin.

Again I must clarify , in an open forum anyone an say anything, I am not complaining.. But you can not have a strong sense of liking and disliking, bias and sill declare yourself as neutral.

A real neutral person wold never need to declare it for herself.

I dnt have anything bad against her,but her constant cry baby face is depressing to core. And her consistent 'wallow in selfpity' cringes many. She oozes negativity for herself.

masterchef is purely based on one s cooking skill and of course luck too . every one on masterchef have a story behind them and have a motive top come tpo master chef. i agree that yasmeen uses her tears a lot but at the same time too much negativity towards her is not right.

and also hated the fact that navneet used such a lame excuse to support davyani. but stilll the show must go.

its not about who we love and who we hate but its only luck that matters. every one over there are really gud cooks but those who have luck by their side wins.

I don't think she need any glycerin supplies. There are some people who can weep for no reason. You praise them, they will start crying, you scold them, they will start crying, you ignore them, they cry for that also and you ask them for some assitance, they will cry and you help them, without any delay they will cry. It is just that they are cry babies. I had a clssmate during my school days and it was really difficult or us to do anything in the class having her around. If we include her in some activity, she used to cry that her parents doesn't allow her to do any extra curricular activity and if slip her then she used to cry that no one wants to have her in their group and left her alone. For both the reasons, she used to go to teachers and complain yet again crying.
If she gets a good score, she used to cry that her stars are good. If she gets a lower rank, she used to cry for bad stars...
Yasmin is one such person who keeps cribbing for everything. she has to concentrate on her work rather than complaining about her situation (in fact she is a very good cook and if concentrated, she can achieve her goal) and wish her to concentrate on that.
