@ simplebedrooms. You are soo right, this is fantasy. I mean where do women get abused? not here and specially not around the world. Where do you find women taking all kinds of crap including cheating husbands to keep their households going? Where in the world does a woman/girl/even babies are raped or even victim of a attempted rape, not in the world you or I live in ! Where do you see any woman married and living in a loveless marriage? Like you said this is a fictional drama to the core. Very smart observation!

I luved wat u wrote 😊

Maryada is so close to reality ...so many women live a horrid life behind the walls of their home..mentally, or physically abused ..just love this show👏

I work in the human resources field and I have women...actually I should say girls ... come into my office crying and telling me some of the some of the most horrendous stories of abuse. This isn't just happening in India but around the world, within all socio economic and ethnic groups.

Maryada showing different sides of the "broken" relations is so real.

I'd agree with pretty much most of the people's comment, these injustices to women are so common that we can't ignore it. The reason why i like this show that it brings out this major issue in front of the public to send out some msgs. I believe tht this injustics toward women is a big issue and steps shud be taken to stop such things. I agree with evryone tht this abusive brutal behavior is very common especially in countries like Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. I'm frm Bangladesh and in my country a girl can't even go out alone in the area i used to live b/c ladki dekhi nahi ki ladke buri nazar se dekhna shuru kar detein hai. Evry women and girl has to go through this embarassement and has to be always worry for their reputation and status. I think this serial wud totally be connected to our real life. i especially like the title Maryada: lekin kab tak, it pretty much tells u evrything this show is trying to tell u. Hw long one cud stay in their limits when life gives so many injustices and pain😒. Evry issue in this serial r many women's reality especially women like Devyani, Uttara, Pia and Vidya. When i see this serial i think tht this is a show/ serial for us, actor/actresses r really nt wht they r shown to be bt then i think problems and injustice tht evry one of these characters goes through r some women's reality tht they can't change then i feel bad. being a women becomes a punishment for them b/c these dominant male thinks women r weak😡 and they can do whtever they wnt with them. i'm nt saying evry male but most of them r. They jst wnt to destroy a girl's reputation. I'm a woman and I can totally understand wht these women must be going through bt i think tht these women shud stand up for themselves instead of bearing all these brutality given by their husbands. I agree with people who thinks adi-pia love story is fantasy because seeing so many harsh heartless man i don't even believe tht such man even exist. This is a serious issue i sure hope tht people who r watching it especially women who suffer frm this kind of injustice stands up for themselves and stands up for wht's right👍🏼 so tht no other man can ever even dare to do such things with any women👏 guys this ws my opinion. if anything i said hurt anybody i'm extremely sorry, it ws nt meant to be hurtful to anyone. so guys jst be a little understanding toward me😊
