WELL IF IT WAS REALITY WE WONT ENJOY IT WOULD BE MORE LIKE A NEWS READING SESSION.

BUT, THE ESSENCE OF THE STORY IS WHAT KEEPS ME GLUED TO THIS SHOW.

WELL I THINK ITS SOMEWHAT MORE REALISTIC THAN THE OTHER DAILY SOAPS WHICH MAKE IT QUITE A LOT UNPOPULAR THAN THE OTHER SHOWS.

I CAN BET MOST OF US ATLEAST THE REGULAR VIEWERS ARE NOT WATCHING THIS SHOW FOR ADITYA/ PRIYA/ADIIYA/ANY OTHER CAST WE ARE WATCHING THIS SHOW FOR ITS ESSENCE

there are many cases all over the world where women are victims of physical,mental & sexual abuse...most often frm famly members.....notall cases r reported.....so its not only fantasy that v see in maryada....but they hav to add a bit of fiction too...otherwise who will watch such shows.....but this show is much much betterthan many other senseless stuff we get to see in other serials

@amna and everyone else who thinks I was serious. I was being EXTREMELY SARCASTIC. I was trying to prove a point. Anybody who has any cognitive ability knows that women around the world are the most abused minority group. I would have to be the world dumbest/most isolated/ignorant person to believe that all these atrocities are fictional.

dude pls read newspapers u'll go thru many sch cases of physical n social abuse against womens,n many of d lv stories i dnt say all bt most of dm turn up wid d same reslt of uttara-rishab..so i totaly disagree wid d thought tat its a fantasy.

I guess every woman could relate to these characters .,.... Four of them are different in approach but 4 of them are actually are same , Rape, Marital abuse , Sexless marriages , Murder , Homosexual to heterosexual marriages all are part of our reality . Some comes in day light some in closed doors , They says if you try to find carefully then in every household you will get at least woman who are abused some how in every household....

hmmm i think u should have a reallity check...plzz read news papar carefully for few days...u will have number of such cases....even u will find cases where women are murdered in name of honour killing that is not shown is this serial.....u cannt imagine whats going on in this world....i saw 4 cases in past few months where girls of age 3 to 7 years where raped..........just imagine 3 to 7 years....

so there is much happening in the world around.....and its all real

its not fantasy dear......there are cases where a man raped his own daughter in law..which is worse then the case of priya..as atleast priya was not yet brahmanand daughter in law and was molested......
uttara is a common case of phsically abused victim....and so is deveyani who keeps mum abt his husband's doing...and even vidya whose husband is probabaly having an affair.....

does that seem fanatasy to u..i guess u need a reality check coz it seems u live in a closed shell....😊
