Maryada does not adheres to the rules which society sets & does not caters to whims & fancies of society and the day it starts, the chapter of "SHAM OF MARYADA" BEGINSđMaryada is a revolution where stakes r high to protect and to be protected(apt for priya -who wants to protect adi and wants to be protected by spp)
lets begin with priya who is standing at threshold of life(or at threshold of adi life)and is confused whether to confide to adi or not and personally i dont blame adi if initially he doen't belives her,anyone of us coulnt belive that our fathers r indeed molesters under the mask of maryada which ther r portraiting.đ(its actually test of maryada for poor adi_when he knows this unpalatable truthđ˛ )
devyani in upholding maryada has done gross injustice to vidya by denying her biological needs and the poor girl đis pursuing her husband with unyielding resolution.No reason can justify devyani blatant unconcern towards vidya or towards any other girl(if indeed she knows gaurav is gay)
on contrast our priyađ on other hand is not weak and is searching her offbalance confidence and love in adi.
MARYADA on one hand has made devyani malleableđ but the very same maryada has made a woman out of priya,who refuses to be thwarted and when 2 epitomes of maryada devyani and priya will cross swords,what will be the outcome????both have an obstinate streak in them who have crossed all barriers(devyani has and now its turn of priya to cross hers) and for whom PERSISTENCE is their other name.
both have over blown self image of maryada and will soon be engaged in battle of wills and time will only decide their victory of "MARYADA"
