What I feel was the makers never planned a leap this fast. But trps made them to take leap sooner which lead the actors playing Mahira, Rehan and Zain to quit the show. I remember an article intially saying that Zain and maher will end eventually. So the makers planned Zain Maher from first. The actual plot might be Rehan Mahira wanted to get married but was unable to and eventually Mahira unwillingly marrying Zain and eventually getting a divorce and going back to Rehan. Zain heartbroken and maher coming to his life as a friend then eventually falling in love.

@Bold- OMG I didn't think of that. They never showed what happened to mahira-zain after that scene where zain asked mahira whether she wanted divorce. Maybe that's why. Mahira might have found out she was preggers and told zain. Zain to maintain mahira's respect lying to rifat and everyone else that it's his child could explain everything from zain's formal and distant behaviour towards aliya as well as rifat's love for aliya. 😭 But I wanted aliya to be zain's child. 🤢

Why am I not able to change my behaviour towards her? So I really feel Aliya is Rehan's kid. Aliya looks somewhat around 10 yrs. I don't think Mahira would so fastly get in to an intimate relationship with Zain. It would have definitely taken time for her to forget Rehan and moving on with Zain. In that case Aliya wouldn't be 9+ years. I think the makers rushed with idea of leap and with that 3 important characters quit the show. So they couldn't show what actually happened between Zain Mahira post Rehan's death. I really hope we get a scene where Zain reveals truth to maher at least in that conversation we get to know what actually happened between the couple.

Pinks Fawad blames Rifat for favoring Zain n framing him instead for the murder.. I think Zain was somehow blamed for the murder by Sarfaraz n there was no proof to save him... Had Zain get accused his punishment would have been more severe so Rifat put the blame on Fawad instead n that's why Fawad hates Rifat ...
