Suruchi, sorry to disappoint you. But writing to them makes the least difference if they have already decided how the story should move. We have gone through this "protest" mode during the JYRG days when they planned a pathetic ending of the serial. In spite of a lot of members taking to twitter and messages on ZM site, they just didn't bother and ended the serial exactly as they had deliberately planned.

@KDPfan, As you mentioned, Rishi seems to have matured over this year when you compare his looks during the initial promos to how he looks now. In contrast Sayali was looking quite mature in the promos with her sari and hairstyle. The fact is that during the look test she was selected and the channel stuck with her in spite of her saying she would not be able to join immediately because her father was not keeping well. IMO the reason is quite clear. She can so easily look like a kid, a girl next door, a stunner or a mature woman by just changes of her dress and hairstyle. No wonder the channelwallahs had reposed faith in her ability to look convincing in the different "roles" that she has portrayed in the serial so far.

OMG! That is what I was afraid of. Creative people like Jitendra Gupta and Mayekar feel for their creations and will not willingly allow it to be murdered. However the channel bosses look at it purely as commercial products.

I completely agree with you Suruchi ji and given a choice would do the same as you say. But... there are thousand factor which I can't discuss... the fact remains is that it is a business for the broadcaster at the end of the day and Majha navryachi baayko delivers trp of 7 and Kdp (when we have only feel good, positive track) delivers 3 hence we have to strike a balance.
