Baba accused Skuls of living in earlier century and expecting women to be kept at home.
Baba too is living in the past generation where daughters were never asked about their dreams and goals. He is also old-fashioned. People living in glass houses should not throw stones at others.
He talks of women's liberty to work, but wants to be THE authority at home ruling over everyone.

Dadi wants same.

Shukls are toh even more old-fashioned and none of them- Baba or Amma are pausing for one moment to think...could we be wrong...should we change with the times...for the sake of our children.

That is why both are wrong and not right in their places.
