S2 is making me feel nostalgic about S1 and I couldn't stop rewatching random s1 episodes. I even reread the old fanfics. I feel like writing more stories but s2 is not providing the depth the characters should have. Since, even the original characters are changed, there's a want of more of the old duniyadaari and Sushma..

S2 is not all bad I guess..
We're all attached to S1 and may be that's what making us so critical of S2. They've made a slow start but hopefully the pace would increase as the bonding between the characters increases. I, for one, don't find it as boring as I had thought I would...
(Or may be that's just 'sangat ka asar' because all my friends love the new season! 😛)

High dose of over acting by sakhi, suvrat and swanandi in that order. Overall ambulance episode was better.

I had decided to wait for 2 weeks before forming any opinion but bad signs were visible right from the first day.
The producers seems to be in hurry to bring all the characters together & start the restaurant.
My guess is that the restaurant is their USP & that was the only storeyline planned .

In DDD 1 there was some plausible reasons for the first five to be together.

It is unbelievable that a rich father , who adores his idiotic daughter ,will leave her in a shabby room alongwith people about whom he does not know anything.That with a vague idea of her future.
This is lazy & careless plotting . The prospects for the viewers seem bleak.The episodes are watchable at present only because of the starcast & some goodwill of DDD 1.

Everything does seem rushed, there's no solid plot, zero character sketch, loads of over acting and OTT dialogues. Even though it doesn't seem like it, I hope they make every character act like a normal person and not exaggerate each and every dialogue.

Anyways, this not-so-good season prompted me to watch old ssn1 episodes and I couldn't help but write a short drabble on SuShma. Is it alright to post it here? Or should I post it on the Creative's corner thread where all the previous ffs are also posted?

Finally finally after months and months the only thing the only normal serial is back ..yesss...after watching utter crap serials like khulta Kali.. majha nagar..etc. this serial is like oxygen ..
