1 hr special episode was below exp and overstretched. The first scene about sahil handling customer complaint was never ending. Overall episode could have been cut to 30 mins instead of 60 mins. The crispy writing/ direction/ editing of S1 was hallmark of the serial - if that's not going to be there well then it will be letdown.

Boys and girls will be separately leaving it seems as of now. Pari (SG) yet to join the group. Two aggressive characters lost their job in 1st epi. Papya rane (Pushkaraj) not having ghati accent as of S1 and he seems to own the room but for survival he does anything like selling a dog etc just like S1.

So, nothing moved further for our favorite pair (SuShma). Yes, very true. The actors (and writers-directors?) trying too hard to erase earlier characters from our mind.

PT is lovable, SJ is too loud. He was like that in 'Amar Phot studio' as well. Is 'Too much of acting' becoming his 'trademark'? (wait, SG the 'Queen of loud acting' is yet to arrive!)

Charu, neither writers nor director were impressive in first 2 episodes.

IMO, Writing was the strength of S1 and that seems to be biggest weakness of S2!!

There is too much of OTT ness and it was so evident in first episode that it may become unbearable to watch if they don't tone down the extremes. Comedy natural pahije, deliberate dakhavli ki sagli majja-ch nighun jate.
S1 felt so much better and nicer!

DDD-1 had fresh concept , fresh actors & fresh writers. Ashish Pathre & Manswini L R together kept sufficient balance between slapstick & emotions. & Sanjay Jadhav , Vinod Lavekar were at the helm.
However at present SJ ,AP in freshers & VL ,MLR in Bunmuska are way short of their earlier achievement .😒
Even in DDD1 ,most of the episodes involving Rakesh & Reshma were boring.Shivalkar character became quite irritating later on.
Still DDD1 was entertaining & several of the episodes are worth repeat watching.
IMO, the creative team of DDD2 should not try too hard.Get good stories & then the comedy & character development will come naturally.
I am going to watch it for next two weeks to see how everything is coming out .after that we will know.😊

not bad...this is just beginning. They will take the time to get into the groove it seems this time... unlike s1 which took the grip on viewers instantly. In next few episodes the 6 main characters will come together and then fun (if any) should start.

In mon's epi why the 2 decided girls decided to stay for such long time at boy's house - not convincing and why mukta started bonding all of a sudden...

Agree with you mishkil. There's no continuity in the development of plot. The writers have to show how these 6 ppl are going to live under one roof, so no matter how unconvincing the plot is, they'll show it. 😆
