I think this Muttemwar or whatever is a harmless guy but a typical Nagpurkar. Have you seen that epic comparison of Mumbaikar, Punekar and Nagpurkar by Pu La Deshpande? This character ABSOLUTELY fits into that description by Pu La. A lot of gas and show off in his colloquial Nagpuri hindi-marathi. (Any Nagpurkars on this forum please excuse)
