@neela, I saw shashanks father sitting next to aadesh bandekar ( the host ) . So apparently , shashank is not the only guy surrounded by so many women.

Amruta Khanvilkar is just a doll in Gair, but the story is super fast speed and excluding the unwanted sensuous song, its really well shot. Watch Ringa Ringa and Jeta when you get a chance to. Apalimarathi is a very good source for all of us outside India.

I had liked Ankush Chaudhary & Smita Shewale in Yanda Kartavya aahe, although story-wise quite ok. Shivaji Raje and kaaksparsha are good but over hyped IMHO - as all other Mahesh Manjrekar movies are. Kaaksparsha was better than Shivaji Raje, and Priya Bapat did a really nice job. Of all the movies, I liked Sachin Khedekar in Astitva, just love Tabbu's role in that movie. Its hard to watch an over obese Sachin Khedekar in kaaksparsha.

Pitruroon is the next on my list - another Sachin Khedekar movie, saw a song from that movie and Tanuja has acted in that movie, along with Omkar Kulkarni, Poorvi Bhave -

Nitish Bhardwaj has directed this movie. I was amazed to hear really nice Marathi from him, only to learn in one of his interviews that his mother tongue is Marathi.

BTW, if you look up FB page of Omkar Kulkarni, seems that he too is a poet like SSK. He has even published a book of his poems - Waghiniche dahi asnaari kavita God knows when he milked a tigress to curdle her milk 😆

Wondering why i am still watching HSMG these days...the story has gone completely for a toss

all this operating thru manish fanda is quite stupid...how can educated person like S can even think of taking help of Manish like ordinary person to throw out LAX from the city ? he should rather take help of big goons or police na ?
