This Malla& Mannat bond breaking is what really I didn't like now it is happening when I started watching back ..seriously

I have a feeling Malla is upset coz Vikrant found out the truth behind the spiked coffee and told Malla.

She probably feels betrayed by Mannat and Mannat telling Sonia that she was just helping Malla could be protecting her from the truth.

Malla doesn't have feelings for Vikrant so far... why would she be upset at not able to marry him??? Though ARS can easily manipulate her.
