today's episode begins with krishna..(hez changed!!) he pulls an old lady and saves her from being banged by the car..and then the car stops and akshay comes out of it(hez looking hot..cudnt stop drooling.) by the time he cud say something krishna began to tell Couldnt you drive seeing the road? ..then akshay tells cuz of ur guts u saved the lady..(he says it in hindi) and then he asks the lady is she is ok...to which he(krishna) tells U wealthy people are so much into drama, u commit the accident first and then show concern later.. then the driver comes out and tells..i was driving the car, he was sitting at the back, why are you scolding him? and then akshay tells that this generation knows only this.. They never think and talk. As all poor people are not straightforward, all rich men are not cheats and headstrong... then he tells tht lady ill drop you where ever u want to go..to which krishna tells no need ill drop her myself to the hospital..then akshay tells..how many welathy people have cheated you till now, that you have so much grudge on rich people? Never generalise things!!.and then he gets a call.itz damyanti..she tells him..akshay , today is your loving son's birthday, he will not cut the ckae without you, so come fast. ..to which he says he'll come home soon..he tells I will drop you. . krishna tells i think ur gettin late..I will leave her. .then akshay tells ok..and calls 4 a taxi..gives the taxi guy come money and asks him to leave the lady where ever she wants to go..and akshay leaves..

in the car the driver says..see trhe guts that boy has.. ..to which akshay says..its not his mistake, this generation is like that.. .the driver says..sir i have never seen you getting angry.. Akshay says, yes, i dont like to get angry, but at times, anger creeps in. .and he remembers the part wen he shouts at sid in the hospital abt lettin mamta go with krish away..and then the part wen the police tells bad things abt mamta and he starts bashin the policeman..then he comes home..and damyanti opens the door...he goes in and hugs her..and asks her wher is aarav..she says aur kaha apne kamre mein hoga...

then they show a guy..and a girl tellin him..happy birthday..he tells her how come u remember my birthday..to which she says..i cant 4get u ..nor ur b'day..and on the other line..another girl tells him jaan..happy birthday..When are u getting back to US? I have got my wedding gown stitched, we will get married as soon as you are back.. and then..akshay comes and says..whats up, sonny? and then he says..i am going now, i need to go get the visa... .and then they both hug..(akshay and aarav) and he wishes him happy b'day..and arav asks 4 his gift..to which aksay puts his hand in the pocket and tells..yea itz a very small gift.and gives him the keys for his new BMW!!!!!(lucky bug) anywayz he tells akshay..ill go and drive this....to which he says.no wait first cut the cake and then go..to which arav says plllss dad 2 mins and rushes down..and bangs into prachi..(bad lucky guys..tht talkitive girl cant b prachi now) and he tells sry..she says itz ok as itz his birthday..she asks where is he going..he says to drive his new BMW..and he goes..she goes down angrily..and tells dadi..this is not fair...i get diamond earrings and he gets BMW..cmon..why do u all love him so much..i mean hez just an adopted kid afterall..and then dadi tells..This is not true, you get whatever you want. .to which she says..thts the prob..Why do i need to ask everything and then get it, why cant i get it before i ask as aarav gets? akshay gets angry..but karan agrees..and tells you are spoiling your son..and he wont b able to take his responsibilties..and prachi goes angrily..dadi follows and tries to xplain that itz not tru tht v differentiate between the two..then prachi tells..ofcourse ull do..i dont get to party late or go out with my frnds..but he doesnt hv any restrictions..to which dadi says...ofcourse we restrict him..but lesser than u..cuz v are more worried abt you..and now cuz of you..arav hasnt cut his cake as yet..and she says really..and then dadi gets things under control and she comes down and arav cuts him cake..and gives everyone..and after tht..he tells dad..can i go now??..my frndz r waitin..dadi tells him..drive the car properly..and take care of urself..he tells..yes dadi..and then akshay tells take prachi too...and then prachi says..really??? thanks bade papa and hugs him and leaves..akshay tell kitne masoom hai..humare bacche..pls unse yeh masumiyat..mat chhino..(looking towards karan!) and then karan tells mujhe kahee jana hai.kisssi se milne..and then damyanti sits down and tells..If Mamta was here, then i would not have worried for anything. Shaina too left her prachi in my arms and went, your papa too left me, Mamta, shaina and your papa are all gone.... .then akshay tells..I know for sure that Mamta will return one day.. and tells now itz time 4 u to sleep..and takes her to her bedroom..and then goes to his bedroom..and takes out the pic of mamta and krish..and on the other hand mamta is lookin at akshay's pic..and then krishna calls up..and then..mamta tells arre beta..tumhaarey hi baare mein soch rahi thi....she tells..that mumbai is a very weird place..he tells..yes mom and so are the ppl here..kal ek aadmi se mila tha..she getz worried..and tells..krishna..he tells that he got into an argument with a rich guy.. Mamta gets pertrbed, asks whether he fought again? he tells no mom..no just an argument. .dont worry.mom..she tells him..you;ve gone there to work and not to make anyone ur enemy..ok??yes mom..dont you worry..ill call you tomorrow after the interview with a good news..to which she says thts obvi..ur soo brilliant..!after tht they show mamta doing aarti she tells save my son from all bad eyes.. and then krishna..goes to the office..and then the peon tells..i guess you've come a littly too early..after tht they keep showing many ppl coming and then after that..an officer comes and tells..sry guys you have to go home..cuz the candidate is selected..and then krishna tells how come..without an interview???i want to meet your boss..to which he says..he cant meet you..so krishna tells..but i can..and i will meet and goes..and then he goes to the cabin and says xcuse me sir..and then the guys turns and it is none other than akshay and the episode ends on krishna's face!!

Krishna enters the cabin and screams at the person seated there that they should not have played with the emotions of many people, if they had to select a candidate without interview. The person seated turns, it is Akku. Both are shocked to see each other. Krishna says, oh it is you, then i can expect only this from a rich man like you... Akku asks, why do you hate rich people like this? Krishna says that you always play with the emotions of others, do you ever realise that you put a drop on the confidence of youn men by not allowing them to go thro the much neede interview? Akku says, who said we are not having one? Krishna now says that yes, you will surely do it now, bcos you want to save the name of your company. Akku says that he wants to conduct the interview of all who have come.. He wants to see who is good and who is bad and does not want to take away this exposure of going thro the interview from young men.. But it is upto him to reject him or take him.. So he asks Krishna to go out and wait for his turn...

In aarav's cabin, Meera (the crazy camera girl )is there.. Aarav has given her the job without the interview. The manager comes in and tells Aarav that the boss has called for an interview and he cannot select this girl now.. Aarav is angry, that his dad has for the first time gone against what he said... Meera tries to tell him too that it does not look good to get the job without the interview. She says trhat she is happy to go thro the process, feels moer comfortable that way.. The manager tells Aarav that a person by name Krishna forced his dad to take this decision. Aarav is mad at Krishna... Aarav though promises Meera that he will convince his dad and get the the job... He goes out..

Akku and Aarav in Aaku's cabin.. Aarav asks for an explanation and says that he has promised his friend Meera. Akku is not happy, he says that you need to keep friendship and business way apart. You cannot mix them. aarav says that he will remember this from next time, allow her this time around. Akku is adamant, he says that let her also give the interview, we will see. Aarav pleads again, but Akku is reluctant.. He asks Aarav to allow that girl to prove her capability.. Aarav goes out of the room, thinking that he will not allow Krishna to get the job..

Meera comes to the place where all candidates are seated.. Krishna is also there. Meera sees him , calls him, starts talking. she says that Aarav is her college mate. He had called her for the job here.. Krishna then recollects Meera saying in the jungle that night that for her, interview is just namesake, she has got the job... So Krishna understands that this is the girl who was to deprive all of a chance... Just then, Krishna is called in for the interview.. He gets up, goes.

At home, Meme is seated in the sofa, silent.. Mishty calls her for food, but she sys she is not well, she wil not eat. Mamta goes near her, asks what is wrong.. Meme says that she is having pain in her stomach. Mamta goes on asking her, when Meme says that she is praying for Krishna... Mishty and Mamta are surprised. Mamta says that she is happy that there is someone to take care of her son even if she is not there. Meme blushes, Mishty probably gets a hint too...

Interview room. Akku, Aarav, with 3 other men are there. Krishna sits. Aarav is angry on seeing him. Akku asks, why has he not put his father's name in his resume... Krishna says that he does not need it, he has grown up without his father, now he does not need his name.. Another person asks, why are you here in Mumbai , when you were brought up in a small place? Krishna says that he had high aspirations, needs to fulfill them.. Akku asks, so you came here to make money? Krishna says yes, but to me, money is a need, but it is not the only thing in life... Another person says that you are talking literature as though this is a publishing house. This is actually a textile company where you need to think of profits and strategies too... Krishna says that this 350 crore company of theirs is actually not profitable, he knows that.. Aarav gets wild, says so we need to know waht profit means, from a small person like you? Krishna says that he knows that by changing the marketing strategies and other things from time to time, they can surely get profit too. This is one way of aiming for the best. Aarav is mad, he says that he need not learn from him. He is also a MBS from USA , and he knows that there is nothing that needs to be changed in his dad's work setup. Krishna says it is your point of view, while i have mine, i have an idea too to get more profitable.. Arav goes into a tiff with him in words, when Akku stops Aarav. Akku has been silently listening to Krishna's talk till now. He asks Krishna, what plan do you have? Krishna smiles, says that it isa secret. I will let it out only if i get a job here.. Akku asks, what if you are not successful in fulfilling it? Krishna says that then the loss will be mibe only... If i get a job here and prove my worth, the profit will be only for the company. If i get a job and not prove myself, then the loss is mine... Akku is now impressed with the way of talk... He is very silent, thinking...

At home, Aarav is angry, is in his room. Akku comes there, asks him whethe he is upset... Akku tells him that he knows that he has learnt a lot from USA. But at times, the things that book does not teach you, only experience and exposure will teach, he needs to learn a lot of things even now... Arav smiles, says yes.. Akku then tells him that he has decided to appoint Krishna Sharma as their Marketing Manager. Aarav is in shock, he again argues, says he has promised Meera. Akku is reluctant. Aarav says that Meera is also deserving. Aarav says that Akku is initmidated by the way that fellow speaks and probably has got soft on him bcos he is poor.. Akku is in thoughts now...

Nest day at the office. Both krishna and Meera are called.. Both are seated.. Krishna is sad. Meera says that she also gave the interview along with him. So is he happy now? Krishna says that he knows that. Today both are called, there is one vacancy. So it looks like he will not get it now.. He is trying to console himself so that he does not get disappointed on hearing the news. Meera says i might be the one who did not get the job, right? Krishna says no that cannot happpen.. Just then, both are called in..

Akku has called both of them.. He says that they ahave only one vacancy, but have 2 deserving candidates now. It is easy to select the good from bad, but it is very difficult to select the best from the good.. So he has decided to appoint both as of now.. Meera is happy. Krishna gives a smile.. Akku then says that they both will have a 1 month period to prove their worth. At the end of this, the most worthy of the two will be appointed.. They both thank him and go out... Akku is happy..

In the corridor, Meera asks Krishna to atleast smile now. She calls him Mr. Sad. She asks him to atleast forgive her now.. She says that she is releived that he stopped her from taking this job witohut theinterview... Krishna says it is ok. Then Meera asks him whether they can go and enjoy a cup of coffee together. Krishna asks her to go with her boyfriend as he needs to start work. Just then, Aarav comes, Meera tells him about ther 1 month clause. Aarav says that you will get the job after 1 month, sure.. Dont worry. Krishna feels bad. Aarav asks her for a coffee treat. He says only we both go... Aarav says he will be back and then they both can go out.. Just then, the HR Manager calls Krishna to show his cabin.. Krishna goes, leaving Meera alone.

Krishna is shown the cabin, he is very happy. he looks around, sits on the seat. He is happy. He then calls home. Meme picks up. Krishna tells her that he got the job. Meme is very excited. Krishna tells her that if she can recollect, it is the same guy 's company where he got the job, the guy with whom he had a clash on the road... ( well, keap hua phir bhi bloopers kabhi khatam nahi honge.... This tiff with Akshay on the orad incident was told by Krishna to Mamta and not to meme.... Lol!!! )Krsihna then says that the guy is not bad at all, he is really good and nice.. He tells Meme that he will call to talk to mama at night...

Krishna is seated in his seat when Aarav comes there and taunts him. Krishna says excuse me and gets up. Aarav asks him not to use loud voice at him.. He says that he will see to it that he is kicked out in this one month.. Krisshna accepts the challenge, says that he will see whether his dedicated and sincere work wins applause or Aarav's attitude for nothing wins.... He accepts the challenge and yes, the war is on!!!! hehe..

Mira and Krishna are in the parking lot, Krishna says that he wants to talk to his mom.. Mira hands him a cell, but he refuses. Mra drops her cell… they both bend down to pick it up and keep straring at each other… Arav sees this from his window and gets angry… both entire the building, but the security people stop him and send mira in, the security gaurds check Krishna…

The meetins starts, Akku explans some meeting strategy to aravna ndmira, Krishna walks in, akku gets mad at him for being late. Akku leaves, arav tells Krishna that - welcome to hell and smiles…

Mira stops Krishna and says that she wants to be with friends with him. Krishna says that he isn't here to being friends, he is here for work, arav comes there and calls mira to eat lunch with him. Mira says no, but arav insists and drags her away..

They both are at a resturant… mira says that Krishna must be so sad, that she invited him for lunch and then she went with him (arav). Arav asks her to forget it, as middle class people don't think. Arav then adds that they both will work hard and get the business on great heights. But mira says that she is intereseted in having a normal life and then think about work and career, but she wonders who will that lucky guy be? Arav says that may be is sitting in front her her. Mira asks him to not tease her. Just then arav's girl frined calls, arav tells her that he is in ameeting. He tells mira that see, he has to even lie for her. Mira says that its time for them to leave. Arav insists that they should eat ice cream and go. Mira says ok.

There mamta, mishti and mimi eat lunch. Mamta is sad and wonders if Krishna has eaten.. Mishiti suggests that they should go to Bombay. Mamta remembers akku and sid… and says that they whenever they talk about Mumbai, her heart sinks.. She is worried that Krishna will wonder away.. Mishti says that that can only happen if he falls for a girl.. Mimi gets mad.. Mamta teases her that yes, Krishna wont do that… and if he does, she wont spare him.. Mimi says that no, he will get hurt if you hit him.. Mishit laughs that she hasn't even taken care of her own mother like that.. All laugh..

There akku is restless as he is getting late for a meeting and mira isn't to be found. He calls Krishna and asks for mira. Krishna says that he doesn't know. Mira comes in, akku get mad at her, that b/c of her, he is late for a meeting… arav comes there and says that he had taken mira for lunch and that they could plan a few new strategies, akku screams at him, that he should keep his professional and personal life different… akku leaves.. Krishan is about to walk out… arav taunts him that to get in dad's good books, he has already started gossiping.. Mira says that he hasn't done anything, it was their fault.. Akku comes there and says that its true… Krishna has nothing to do with it. Akku leaves.. Arav gets furious..

Krishna works in his office… mira comes and talks about arav.. Krishna says that its his problem, he will tae care of it.. Later mamta cals him and says that see, he already forgot his mom.. Akku walks towards Krishna's room and wonders that Krishna is working till so late? Mamta asks the name of his boss… just then akku enters the room.. Krishna hangs up.. Akku asks him what is he doing till so late? Krishna says that he is working on a few things… akku asks him to not do everything in one day.. Krishna smiels.. Akku apologizes for today morning… and then praises him for doing a good job… he then says that lets go, I'll drop you home.. They both walk out.. Akku is on the road with the cell phone, Krishna ties his shoe lace, he sees a car approaching akku, he jumps forward to save him and meets with an accident… akku turns around and sees Krishna hurt.. He screams out - krishnaaa…
