Some guy calls sid to sign the case papers… mamta plays with Krish, akshay sees them and says Congrats, mamta says that she will take care of krish, akshay says that he know, krish goes and catch's akshay's legs, akshay silently cries and says that can he take krish for a little while, mamta says that he doesn't need to ask to love krish, akshay takes krish and hugs him tightly and cries bitterly, mamta says that he is still krish's dad and he doesn't need to ask her… akshay looks at her sadly, and looks at krish and gives him to mamta, he looks down and cries and tells mamta to forgive him, he places his hand over krish's head and leaves… (omg… that was really really sad.. .for once I feel really bad for akshay…)
Mamta sid and krish are on their way home, mamta wonders what to tell vandana, sid says that he will think about what to do at home… vandana calls sid up and says that they need to come fast… mamta asks sid again, sid tells her that he knows what to do…they reach home, mamta asks sid what to say? Sid teases her that he hasn't thought about it yet… vandana sees krish and asks who's kid is it? Everyone is scared.. Sid looks at mamta cutely and says that she doesn't need to get nervous and she can tell mom that they have adopted this kid.. Vandana gets upset, sid says that he couldn't let this cute kid suffer, his mama wanted to leave him, and he just couldn't see that… sid picks up krish, and says that look at him, he is so cute… vandana smiles…
Akshay reaches home, he looks at everyone, dadi says.."krish..?" akshay looks sadly and goes in the hall, he has tears in his eyes and says that he has given krish to the one who deserves him.. Everyone is shocked.. Daymanti says that he knew he would do that, but they cant stop their tears… akshay says that krish is with mamta, they can see him anytime… dadi says that its sad that when krish was with them, they behaved so badly with mamta, daymanti says that its their karma… (so true, as u sow u shall reap)
Akshay goes to his room and remembers moments spent with krish, and smiles, and suddenly starts crying… (again, great acting by akshay)
mamta is happy that vandana accepted krish.. sid says that krish is so cute that everyone will begin to love him soon.. mamta thinks that the other house must be so sad, and akshay must be so heart broken.. vandana tells mamiji about krish, she is shocked, vandana says that sid is sentimental... krishu comes there and kisses vandana... at dinner time, sid tries to feed krishu, mamta comes there and says that she got his favourite alu ke pakode.. vandana wonders how did she find out? mamta gets tensed.. sid saves her by telling that in the court they saw a man eating alu ke pakode and krish made a fuss about it... mamta thanks him silently...
akshay wonders how mamta forgived him s easily?daymanti comes there.. akshay tells her that he will not spare the woman who ruined their life...
the court case for tanisha starts...(more court room drama)😕 tani's lawyer calls akshay to the witness box... tani tries to correct her self, she said that she didnt throw krish down, he "accidntly" slipped from her hands.. akshay says that he caought krish... tani's lawyer asks akshay if he saw krish being thrown by tanisha, akshay protests but then says NO.. daymanti is asked, she informs about the incident, tanisha says that she was in the temple, how could she kill her? daymanti says that she couldnt see who was in the car.. the judge says: tanisha is free, as there is no evidence..😡
