Episode #68 (15th May 08)

Siddharth, unaware of what his parents are concluding out of the hairpin getting stuck in his collar, innocently says that it must have got stuck in the towel which they both used. Hariman is not satisfied with the explanation but decides not to say anything about it.

Lalita feels insecure about Aanchal helping Siddharth in his business affairs. She is afraid that Aanchal will take charge of his business and get a considerable share of it for herself. To avoid this, Lalita decides to take control of the financial matters of their business.

Sudip, in his quest of finding out what Aanchal was doing with Siddharth the previous night, reaches her place. Mami covers up for Aanchal saying that she was at her friends place. She then tells her husband that she lied because she knows that Sudip is not comfortable with Siddharth and Aanchal spending time together. At the same time, she doesn't want Sudip to think that he has no chance with Aanchal.

Juhi is trying to fix the buttons on Siddharth's shirt. Just then, Aanchal comes home and Juhi hands over the shirt and buttons to Aanchal. Aanchal is struggling with it and injures her finger with the needle. Sachin lovingly bandages her wound and says he did the same to his mother. Chanchal, Lalita and Hariman spot her fixing the buttons of Siddharth's shirt. Hariman's doubts become stronger with each such incident.
