it would be embarrassing sure but shikha looked as if something bigger happened.Dont want to sound insensitive but really dont get why she felt so humiliated

Honestly speaking the attack reminded me too much of an acid attack... *shivers*

But Shikha might have found it so humiliating because she's kind of shy and reserved... when something humiliating happens it just seems a hundred times worse for people like that. Also, people are rather judgemental, and we could see from that lady who made the ink attack seem like Shikha's fault... Plus, it may have also been fear that she was feeling? Especially knowing she has a stalker?

Well she was so happy and elated, and then someone sprays ink on her

Its shocking for someone to do that to you just out of the blue

It stains your face and dress and people come and point fingers at you

Plus she was still dealing with the website issue and previous attacks..that stress can build up

As silvermoonlight said if something comes out of the blue that too in public then it is pretty humiliating. And for Shikha it would be scary as well given that someone has been stalking her for so many days as well.

Ya it's unexpected n shocking who knows it might be acid attack n she was in shock n later scary n humiliated may be warning by stalker tat too happened in public.
