Gah...first and the most important: Damn the phone call. ArMi were so close to hugging again and the call broke the magic😡 Didn't you notice how their arms were raising to hug each other close. When the phone rang, I cursed in Korean and my mom went o.O at me 🤣 Loved the proposal though, I loved how Lakshmi just nodded, she was just so overcome with feelings that words were impossible for her to utter. And Arjun's words to Dadi, the confirmation that he got his Lakshmi was the cherry on the top of the proposal cake.
Lakshmi's concern for rejecting Arjun and it's consequences on Ajay was so adorable. Arjun so enjoyed teasing her. 😆 But I really wonder about his decision to hide the truth from Lakshmi. His intentions are good but they are going to backfire on him. Weirdly, I am actually fine with that. 😆 Anything to postpone the after marriage saas bahu tracks. I know all the new shows claim that they are not saas bahu but they DO turn into one at some point and I HATE THEM.😆 Anyway, looks like we won't be getting romantic bus ride in today's episode, I was kinda hoping for ArMi to sit together, eyelocks, some teasing, hand holding and maybe Lakshmi falling asleep on his shoulders again.😍 But from the precap, it will be Lakshmi gently denying the fake Arjun's proposal, some Saraswati and her hubby scenes, then Arjun getting to know about the bike. Am so looking forward to that. 😃
Bua and Lakshmi's convo was good coz it showed us Lakshmi's determination on being true to her heart. I know many must have disliked how Bua kept stressing on Ajay being a simple guy and unable to fulfill Lakshmi's dreams but I don't think she was that wrong. You have to understand Bua's perception, she was young too, she had dreams about her marriage, children, husband but they never jelled due to financial problems. She must have become a little bitter and cynical and hence she supported Lakshmi in her dream to marry such a rich guy. And now Lakshmi's dreams are about to become true, she is rejecting them for love. It must worry Bua. I can't really blame her. And about Lakshmi..no girl can deny a selfless love by any guy for long. You tend to get attracted to him and Arjun's act was so huge in comparison that Lakshmi just couldn't deny her feelings anymore.
BTW, am so glad we have our laughing Arjun back. I loved the scene where Arjun thanked Ajay, Dadi and Swati. If not for them, Arjun would have let Lakshmi go so easily. The git. 😆 Absolutely adored how Ajay mentioned Arjun's glaring at him whenever Lakshmi got close to him😆 Purva being there and listening to everything made me a tad uneasy😕 And, I hate myself for this but what in world happened to Arjun and Lakshmi's injury? Dadi grabbed Arjun's injured arm and pulled him towards the seat and he didn't even wince 🤣 And Lakshmi ka bandage was gayab the next day and not even a bruise, didn't she bleed from the gash? 🤣 I know love heals but not this well 🤣
OMG, bohot lamba ho gaya reply 😳😆 Ok, one last point, remember Lakshmi's mannat to Shivji? No umm consummating marriage until the Amarnath yatra? I so want Arjun to know about it. 🤣 His reaction will be priceless. 🤣
