hmm u might find it normal since u were born & brought up in london. I dont think majority of those who have been born & brought up in India would feel the same way😊 and what does mahi know abt ishan other than that he looks good 😆 and she doesnt seem to be interested in knowing too.. only wants to be kissed🤣

probably the producers are trying to see if India is modern enough to appreciate or accept these things yet in tv shows.

Also, few people, including me, have seen the youtube video of Ishan and Mahi really kissing few weeks back.They are not sure whether it is alright showing this to the Indian viewers, so blurred it on tv.

I dont think many people are that openminded to accept these things as of now. If they cntinue giving priority to being kissed and going on dates and then in few dates sleep together, then say 'I love you'(which is a next step), then live in together, then the guy proposing with a ring kneeling. these are typical of how couples are made in the western world(fictionally).

I dont think I would want this sequence to be shown here, but if this is really happening in India, where physical intimacy is the only way to say u like a person, then...I have nothing else to say!

I mean even my friends who date don't move that fast
You have to know the guys be good friends with him.
& i like that mahi way & r.com are urban but theres a lil wannabe streak in there. 😕 I mean even other indian shows do that

In American shows, if you dont sleep with the person by the 4th/5th date its like a big faux pas!! An absolute NO NO

Seriously,..what happened with 'go with the flow'

If it feels right, then one should go ahead and kiss..

Best relationships starts off with being friends...cus as time goes by you get to know each other on many different levels...true friends, bf, husband and soul mate...

But I think the big deal was that Mahi is 25 and has NEVER kissed a guy....again its just a mind set...pple on tv shows have their first kiss at 12...some pple wait unti they meet their husbands for any type of physical contact...and there are others..well..nuff said

its up to one self and what a person is comfy with...no one should ever be forced into nething..that is the main pt

actually I wouldnt have minded if its only mahi who is bothered about not being kissed even after 3 dates...but here we find all other characters equally shocked that she has not been kissed and that includes her own sister?!😕.. Anyone who live outside India watching the show may think that Indians are so desperate or what🤣. .

I guess its becoz the writer of this show miss bhagat had spent most of her life outside India that she got this kind of illusion. 😉

Absolutely my point!

I just found it a bit shocking that everyone was kind of expecting Mahi-Ishan to have kissed already or at least on their 3rd date, be it Anjali, Roshni, or Sid.. I just didn't get that.

See, this is where I start getting lost with Mahi. She expects a kiss by the 3rd date. =( Err, I would've guessed that 3rd date would be very early.

Like you said, if you've known the person for a long time, then maybe not..But Ishaan-Mahi haven't even known each other for that long! For all I know, they've ONLY seen each other in the elevator for like 10 seconds a day before they were friends.
