You know, this is the kind of stereotypical thinking which needs to end.
So what if people are fat? Does it mean they're deprived of true love?
Ofcourse not. Size doesn't matter in a relationship. You love a person for what they are, their inner personality, their character. Physical appearances are something which do not make much of a difference.
You know why i LOVE Mahi? It's because she enjoys life, even though she knows she's fat, she doesn't let that affect her. Mahi inspires me that way. I feel I'm over weight as well, and that the guy I like is pretty thin, as compared to me. But you know what happened, he turns out to be an insensitive jerk, who could care less about the world, and only care about himself. So bottom line, looks are deceptive. I used to underestimate myself at one point of time, but now I understand, that he just isn't worth me.

So even if a girl is fat, it doesn't mean she can't find true love in a guy who's not-so-fat.

Physical appearances should be the last thing a person in love should bother about.

I just want to reiterate my initial pov on finding love. Yes true live isn't based on physical appearance, it goes much deeper, but for that to happen you have to know the person.
So a guy across the street isn't gonna know that mahis got a great personality and that he should fall in love with her. For that to happen he's gonna have to know her and if he doesn't like the way she looks he's not gonna make a move. Sorry mahi, appearances DO matter to an extent. [B][/B]

take shiv for example, he can fall for mahi because he's devolping that friendship with her that is beyond looks, and hey, props to ishan for trying to make her feel comfortable in her own skin on their first dated. (hoping there's no personal agenda behind it lol)

You can definitely know more about a person by just observing him/her for a few mins and for that he/she doesn't have to have a smashing personality.

If the guy across the street is so vain that he's making judgments based on someone's looks, then he's not worth it anyway.

That's why Shiv is special. He has never made a judgment about Mahi based on her looks not even when she was endlessly rude to him. Those are the kind of people that matter.

Yes, I agree that Ishan was a total sweetheart in the last episode making Mahi feel so comfortable! He won my heart there and then.
