I was reading some bits and pieces about the show and the director/writer said that Mahi will lose weight by the end of the show
Should MAhi lose the weight?
I feel like it will be like taking a part of her personality away and just making her like everyone else....the quest to the size 3 or 6
Also, in the show she did state to her mother that she is happy
I like Mahi the way she is..but if she did have to change nething..maybe they can have her making some balanced, healthy eating choices...rather than some extreme weight loss thing
Cus she is so cute and looks so bubbly ...and the weight loss will be more for some guy than her

in fact i also think in d same way........mahi is best however she is..she does not need 2 loose her weight.....but if there is such contract then it will definitely hapopen.......but another thing is tht shiv likes mahi at her own way.she zz chhhho chweeeet....she luks best at this way.....

Well, if you are talking about the same article that I read, the writer of the article speculated if Mahi will lose weight in the end. The writer said that it is inspired from her life and that she was overweight in her teen years and lost weight later on. But when asked if Mahi will do the same, the writer never said she would, she only said something like 'you will have to wait and watch for that.'

But yes, I would not want Mahi to lose weight to get her perfect, dream man. Her perfect man should love her the way she is. She shouldn't have to lose weight to get his love. That wouldn't be true love anyway.

The only reason Mahi should lose weight is if she genuinely wants to herself. Peer pressure, romantic life, family issues should not be the reason.

The Top 10 Weight Loss Tips:

A weight loss pill, patch or cream will not make you lose fat and weight! You've seen the ads for diet patches or creams that claim to melt away the pounds. Don't believe them. There's nothing you can wear or apply to your skin that will cause you to lose weight. Try your best to get the nutrition you need from the food you eat! Save your money! Supplements have no long-term effect on fat loss and weight loss!

You must change your body composition! You must increase muscle mass to become a "fat-burning machine." A pound of muscle burns up to 50 extra daily calories! So, your metabolism will speed up when you build muscle. Concentrate on compound (multi-joint) strength exercises like squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press, planks and rows because they work and build more muscle groups. Do less single-joint exercises like biceps curls and tricep extensions.

You must do more than cardio exercise to burn body fat, lose weight and change your body composition to "lean and toned!" Your muscles will waste away on those cardio machines if that's all you do! Find an accountability partner such as friend, spouse or personal trainer. This is also a critical step to help you succeed. Don't try to do your exercise program alone!

Get a fitness assessment performed by a certified personal trainer to identify your postural deficiencies, muscle imbalances, etc. You need to get started on your program the right way! The trainer can also tailor the program to your individual needs. Two people following the same program can get different results. A personal trainer will take your "body type" into account when designing a fitness program.

Fat loss is more important than weight loss!

If you lose major poundage without strength training, most of your weight loss will be muscle mass. And, this will "slow down" your metabolism. That is why you see some people who are "skinny-fat" (skinny with high body fat). The goal should be to have a "lean and toned" body!

she doesnt need 2 lose any weight........she is "perfect" after all............at least not till she has sum1 in her life who loves her 4 wat she is!!!!!!!! 😉

i like mahi
she is qute and loving
with a golden heart
if she loses weight it will help her to achieve a good health
it is a fact that if u loose 10% of your weight u will start having health benefits so thats enough for her

health is not a reason to ignore on to not love any one
if i met mahi i will offer her friendship for sure
and may go further .....

almost 80% people gain weight after marriage
so do there spouse leave them alone ?

super fit body , lean body, size zero are marketing gimics

we must stay healthy and confident in way we are just try to improve our self nothing else
