Mr.weepy Willow and Ms.Blank Face... Wah wah Arshi.😆

I really wish the makers visited this forum, they would see how much everyone is hating this force fed love story. You know I remember at the beginning of the show, in interviews GR kept saying that this is a mytho thriller, romantic angle as such nahin hai. Wonder where this angle is coming from..

For the week end please do think about a fun post in your style about Maya and this Mayajaal of a prem kahani. We could all have a good laugh about this.

I liked the episode.
Could connect to Rudra at times. He is human and men do cry. They have their phases of despair and depression. And it can be over a girl.

If and only if this 'lovelorn' state was not thrust all of a sudden without a premise, in a matter of 2 days. The person who was seething with anger and beat Animesh doesn't talk about Maimui and Udiya Baba's murderers anymore. And suddenly Maya is at the center of his existence.

If and only if...

I liked Dadi-Rudra convo today. Rudra and Maya are connected by Karma? We have seen a little of that. But what else is in store?

There has been a lot of progress this week. We came to know about Katherine. And Rudra came to know about his Baba's research. He was surprised at himself when he completed the shloka yesterday. But all that is not on his mind now. Dadi's taunts continued. Charles is beginning to turn around. And Rudra became a devdas/majnu.

When he told his maya-vruttaant there was lot of pain in his eyes. And GR is doing great as the devdas Rudra.

Interesting fact: Shivanand refers to Rudra as Merudanda. Which means backbone. Very symbolic of Rudra as the most prominent Garuda.

Precap made sense too. Rudra is too naive on the outside to believe his destiny and all. He is tormented by the past n wants to protect his family. He has another identity inside him that he has not realized. Till then this will continue.

Meanwhile Shivanand is outstanding as usual. Bachhe ki mano-vyathaa ko samjh le tho acchaa hai. He doesnt know the love story yet. Only dadi does.

@Bold Thank you Shanti, for putting across my "mann ki baat" 😃

I tried in my earlier posts, but not did a good job at all...

@Shyamala one does not have to be a cry-baby, I feel, to appreciate Rudr's vyatha... Losing parent- figures can be traumatic at any age, and especially when one has not lived long enough to show one's love to them...

I do agree his Maya-kathan is a real no-sense, but the rest of his problems - grief over MM & UB & their violent deaths on his account, now the new-found Baba's insistence on him following a path strictly forbidden by new-found Dadi - the "boy" has reason to weep & feel a bit rudderless... He is lost until he finds 😆 his(ahem) merudand - what a word Shanti, I had missed that...

@ Blue - for the first time in 24 years, we saw a disturbed Sivanand yesterday...Because the Mission is in danger...

Also liked the quick-witted cut from Charles & his "Mission Maya" to the scene where Siva & Rao are speaking about their Mission - that was very tongue-in-cheek...😊

@Arshics first of all 👏👏👏 for this wonderful post. I simply loved it. It was simply Hamari Adhuri Kahani epi. But I have more analysis for this week, but waiting for Shyamaladi's weekend post to put all this through. Yesterday dadi gave something for me, precap mein Shiva ka dialogue well I have some questions for Shiva, not that I am in sync with rona dhona of Rudra but I guess Shiva has to satisfy my questions also. Shiva's behavior this week has been completely in sync with my analysis of him. Why he is not sarvashesth, but Rudra is.
Now coming to epi. Most interesting part was Katherine-Greison. It was puzzling at the same time gave a hint that Katherine has a backstory
And Charles I don't know these days he has become my favourite character. A real break from aimless Rudra, weepy Maya, manipulative Dadi and mission freak Shiva. Somehow I have started liking his quirky behavior. A friend is someone who understand without telling a word. He is not the one who gives advice tum ye karo, woh karo but one who can simply listen to the other's pain. And the first priority at any cost is put his friend at ease. Charles action whether right or wrong is a different question, but yesterday he was a friend to Rudra in true sense. He understood what Rudra wanted, went in search of it and found it also.

After the super fast pace of the initial weeks, i think this week was a week of thehraav.

A pause so as to say, everyone and everything pretty much status quo.

Not much of progress in terms of events or relationships or most important the war

It sas if the UN decided chalo jisko bhi chutti vutti lena hai, abhi le lo

Interval chalu hai, ja ka chai vai piyo

Ek baar amrit appear ho gaya, phir time off nahi milega
The romance of mr weepy willow with miss blank face is not really making any of our dils go DHAK dhak
We all are desperately rooting for that sunny deol dhai kilo ka haath wala Rudra over this mr gopi vahu

It's high time those hunky naga men appeared and upped the game

Bahut ho gayi baatein vaatein, ab kuch kar ke dikhao na Jaani!

Yes, of course, Shubha, but vyatha does not always have to be expressed by weeping buckets of tears and mooning around aimlessly like Devdas. All that is left is for him to tear his checked shirt and roll in the sand like Majnun. I infinitely preferred Siddharth's take on loss, grief and insecurity to what the director is now making Gautam do. And I do not have the least doubt that it is all the director's cliched mindset.

And this Rudra is not a boy, mind you. He is 28 and that is a man. A young man, but a man. He has suffered a new trauma, yes, but he also has acquired a new support system, and he had to get a hold on himself. Grief at those violent deaths should make him swear revenge once more, not cry on his daadi's shoulder.

In conclusion, I would like to repeat that this is just my take on Rudra's weeping and mourning the loss of a (non-existent) love story. It need not be anyone else's!😉
