That Budha? Someone just slap him! What an evil creature man? But have to stay Style hain Bhude main! Kya Tashan Hain? And his English? Nice! I don't think Balivesh knows as much English as this Nanu! :)

But Gauti was good! The control he showed when he spoke to Balivesh? Also that stupid muscle man Mama? He told him good and gave him a slap that made him see double!

Charles and Katherine! I just love them! They are too cool, and fun to watch. Charles is such a flirt! I really enjoy seeing them together!

Hi Arshi, great write up for a great episode.

I liked all the confrontations. Dialogues so good.

Nanu cleverly pointed out to Maya that she is also in love with Rudra so it's not like she'll be saying Yes to the proposal on his insistence. I was thinking like Santhi did yesterday 'when did she fall in love with Rudra'. Love at first sight when she saw him almost killing the daroga...

So there will be anti garudas to fight the Rakshaks/garudas. Nanu again said that when anti garudas are needed, to think of his Guru Maharaj. As if Nanu is not vicious enough.

He also nicely told Greyerson that if he could find everything with his research, why would he need Nanu.

Didn't see the reason for Animesh-Rudra confrontation (except bringing back lovely memories of SC). That was the 1st thing that struck me when they showed the terrace.

Finally Charles is getting into K's good books...

Liked the andhera and chirag exchange. Darkness under the light and hiding secrets.

Aparna, the dialogues were really power packed. And the exchange between Rudra and Balivesh was superb, each and every word was like a shastra and there was a war going on between them.

The Animesh Rudra confrontation also set their dynamics - Animesh is the weakest link, and his arrogance comes from his lineage and not his own strength, Rudra can fell him in a single blow, and Animesh knows that. So even that scene was significant, for it establishes the difefrent ways in which Rudra will fight the two brothers - he is far superior to one, and for the other, he will need more than his physical strength, he will have to draw up on all his cunning and will have to fight covertly and intelligently!

Rudra has declared war on both the brothers, and they both know it!

Interesting point is that the Dalivesh family already know of his superior shakti!

Good and evil always co-exist. Esp in Kaliyuga.
In Mahabharata, Prandavas and Kauravas were both wrong at times. Kauravas tended towards evil. And what tipped the scales? It was Sri Krishna who stood by the side of Dharma.
Similarly here too the forces are equally strong. But what tips the scales is that divine factor that backs Dharma.

Santhi, so true, evil and good co-exist and will always balance each other. The stronger the good, an equally powerful eveil also emerges and at the end of the day, every yudh is a dharna yudh!

It's interesting that you should quote Mahabharata, because, even a dharna yudh must be fought to win and to do that, deceit must be used.

Rudra has learned that already and will be able to play the shastranj ki baazi with Naanu soon, for he is already learning that the rules of the game must be bent in order to win.

Today's episode was good.
Highlights:
Charles saying that he is going to take his hand off and Katherine should not shout. Quite natural.
Nanu - he is a meany mean guy.And the actor is doing really great. And he did rub it in for Maya that she is responsible for Rudra's misery.
No matter what Maya is going through, it will stand out that she enticed Rudra into leaving Kashi. Without telling him the truth.
Rudra-Balivesh convo. That was GR at his best. And Utkarsh at his best. Dialogues were great.
I didn't get how Balivesh told Rudra that he is the chirag of 'Brahma Nisht Panth'. Rudra doesn't know that right? Atleast in Balivesh's thoughts?

Thanks Arshi, I get what you are saying. Makes sense. Yes they all know his super shakti, they all need him. Waiting for the day Rudra will find out why He is so important to all.

What a superb episode

It topped yesterday's episode in being power packed and was absolutely riveting.

Nanu, Nanu Nanu -

Supercilious, Arrogant, wicked, wile and a Pure evil genius

Who knows his physics and laws of motions too...

A man who has no scruples, and is completely a megalomaniac.

A game of chess or a war. he must win, and if his own child is to be sacrificed like a lowly pawn, so be it..

Its all collateral damage

Now we also know, that he is the real boss,

That Swami Balivesh maybe the front, but the real king hides behind his fake wounds

And the king will show his dominance and all must play to his rules!!!!

While it has broken poor Maya's heart, he has also sent a strong message to Grerson.

Its my kingdom, and i am the undisputed emperor...

All the men today were arrogant, out to beat each other

Balivesh and Grerson, Rudra and Animesh, Rudra and Balivesh...

Even Charles in his sweet and crazy ways, is arrogant,

If last night belonged to Maya, today belonged to primarily to Nanu and somewhat to Rudra!!!

The Rudra Animesh scene - stupid foolish Animesh, he has given Rudra a vital piece of information and was lucky enough to be drunk

Maybe Rudra will enjoy beating the living daylights out of him, when he is sober enough to feel the full impact of the pitayi...

Another top notch scene - The confrontation between Balivesh and Rudra

a war being fought with words, you can actually see them sparring, each word an arrow trying to find its mark and each sentence a shot in the dark...

Poor Maya, if she was devastated last night, her nanu completely annihilated today...

Charan sparsh and sashtang pranam to UN for the dialogues... sir ji tussi great ho...

The writing is superlative and the dialogues have a power and punch and are reminiscent of old classics.

You're spot on, as usual, Arshi ...😃

Yesterday was so full of male characters - like bull elephants facing off, and sometimes even locking tusks. I missed all the Mai's/ and of course Dadi Formidable!

And the two women who did appear - Maya weeping ineffectually at Nanu, and Catherine falling for Charles' hackneyed Bollywood tactic "If you harass a girl often enough she'll fall for you" Both disappointing characters.😡

I much prefer Charles clowning around with DM and Grandad than romancing Katherine. That had freshness of the real kind.😉 The only relief was he was in a blue faux leather jacket today instead of the usual tomato-red one. Also, if I'm not mistaken, Balivesh was seen in dhoti-kurta- mode instead of swami-wear for the first time today??? he's doing a very good job in terms of screen presence and acting, I must say!

Nanu's "affliction" and his hiding in the dungeon - Still unclear why he'd do that.
He said Rudr ko idhar laane ka udeshy swayam ko "dirghayu" karna hai
Is that reason to hide yourself away for years & years? **Seems a bit counter-productive to me!**😛

Maya is a real dhakkan. Your post on her in the previous thread needs to be framed and added to "Important Posts" - she is naive beyond belief. And now she's going to suggest elopement to Rudr, per pre cap! Exciting.

Full marks for the Rudr-Balivesh scene at the end, mostly coz Rudr came out on top, and there was a bit of a smile there...😉 A smile on Rudr's face is as rare as a real religious swami/ priest/ Cardinal in this show...😆 The dialogue in this scene was amazing - idhar aake pata chala ki ye aasteen ke saanp ko yahi paala gaya tha

Two more Rudr mysteries - Where did he get photo of "Swami & Friend"??? And how does he manage to hide his Dadi from Balivesh's omnipresent surveillance?

Edit- Wonder what shape the Garud-beaters will take?? Thinking Dementors...😈 Rudr will ward them them with his essential goodness and some handy patronymus! Maimui Returns!!!

**Remember our crib about sadistic SC precaps - they were designed to make you pull your hair out! Now here we have a show where half the time they say Kal- and show scenes in the precap which they dont air for days afterwards!! Why?? The show is scripted, but not the precaps??**

Happyji, reading your posts is such a delight. So well observed, so well written.
I was wondering about Rudra's Daadi too. How come they haven't found out.

Balivesh tells Maya to not let Rudra out of the haveli as it is dangerous for him, and here is, going to visit Daadi, getting info on KPP-Swami etc...and he isn't being followed. Or is he? Maybe Swami knows what Rudra is doing, where he's going, which kind of answers Santhi's question about why Swami called him Brahm Nishta Pant ka chirag.

Hmm Sochne wali baat hai and let's wait and see.

Bang on. He is being followed by Balivesh's men. But too much of this inter-twining is boring. What do u think.
