Panchali tried to brush off his words." As if they have nothing to talk about. Arjun, grow up. We are grand parents to Parikshit and parents to Pragati. Our time was lost in separation,dice game,torture and heart break. On top of it the loss of our children.People will feel concern and that's all. "

Arjun understood her passive mood.He knew he is not telling lies. He is aware of the admiring looks of people whenever they cast their eyes on the queen of Kurus. Reason ofcourse is her ageless beauty. Like Chitra says and Subhadra confirms she stopped aging since a long time.

But Panchali's mindset is not at all in a state to acknowledge her admirers. She is sad,she is dejected. Only Pari and Pragati will make her smile heart fully.

Arjun suddenly felt a chill in his spine. Still there is a long way to go. They have to live and fulfill their lifetime. His Krishnaa can not pool up her drooping spirits and live with peace if she continues to be in such state of detachment.He has to help her regain her energy and zeal to live life to the fullest. Can he do that?

Arjun closed his eyes and felt his Madhav before him. He is smiling." Why are you worried ? Your Krishnaa has to regain her spirit of happiness through your efforts only. Go ahead."

When Arjun opened his eyes he saw his wife lie down closing her eyes. He placed her on the soft pillow and pushed her curls back.

The preparations for all the sacred rituals to be done by Dhritarashtr are in full swing. Despite Bheem's reluctance to endorse the deeds, Arjun went ahead and arranged everything desired by the King. On an auspicious day The old King along with Ganthari did homas,worship and rites for his sons and son in law. Yudhishtir personally attended the procedures and made the King satisfied. Panchali did not leave Gandhari's side and attended to her needs. Kunti did charity in the name of Karna and donated gold offered to her by Arjun.

After the completion of the rituals Dhritarashtr and Gandhari blessed Pandavas. Gandhari specially called Draupadi and said." You entered Kuru clan before Bhanumati did.I always felt great attachment towards you. But to my ill fate I have to bear your insult in my place. You are kind and generous. You are greater than me in self control. You did not curse my sons but I cursed Govind. I regretted later. I am entrusting you my Shiv ling that I worshipped since I was fiveyears old.Let Phalgun worship my lord regularly. He is a great Shiva devotee.

Draupadi! You are still young. Get rid of your sorrow. Enjoy with your husband and make him happy. My blessings will always be with you"

Kunti who listened to her became desparate. Her Gandhari Didi will never change.Period.

Yudhishtir met Draupadi that night and asked." Your association with Gandhari Mata is well known. Is there any wish that was left unfulfilled for her? "

Panchali's face bore a detached look. She answered precisely." For a woman more than husband children matters in old age. She lost her children. Nothing can fill that void. She may look fine but in her heart of hearts she can never reconcile with her fate.She has no wish left to be fulfilled. "

Arjun heard her words. He came to Tell Yudhishtir everything went on well. But Panchali's words left him dazed. He turned back and walked away.

Panchali got up and questioned Malini." Where is he? Did he take aushadhi?" Agitated she moved towards the door. Malini called her to inform." He went towards the garden hut all alone. He said I should not inform you or Subhadra.Ofcourse Ulupi or Chitra.

Panchali frowned at her and walked towards the garden hut. All through the day he slogged to make things happen and fulfill the task of Dhritarashtr. Now he must have become indisposed. She should have attended on him properly after the dinner. She observed he did not eat well.

Arjun is lying on the coach in garden hut. He placed his hand on his forehead. Panchali sat by him and touched his forehead. She felt it warmer than usual. Yajnaseni felt concerned and blamed herself for not coming with necessary things. She took her pallu end dipped it in cool water and wiped his forehead. Arjun stammered with closed eyes." Krishnaa why did you come here?"

Panchali had moisture in her eyes.She silently continued her work.

Arjun tried to prevent her by taking her hand." You must be tired . The day is hectic. I don't want to disturb you.Just I want to get up and reach Chitra's mansion. Let me go."

Panchali got up and fired." You may go to your Manipur princess. Shall I assist you ? Get up."

Arjun laughed and pulled her over him." Just like my fire born. Where was the fire hidden? Don't let the fire distinguish. I enjoy doing it myself."

Arjun's lovelorn expression brought the beautiful familiar smile back on her face. Arjun gazed at her mesmerised.

Rainy season brought about thunderous showers which brought respite from Greeshm season and scorching sun heat.It was an evening in Hastinapur that got continuous rainfall since two days.Just then the rain stopped and gave way to much needed relief as it disturbed the routine work for everyone around. Parikshit jumped happily and ran towards the Royal garden along with Uttara who desparately tried to prevent him as the garden is filled with stagnant water .

Parikshit reached the central space where a sit out is arranged for Royal people to relax. He is excited to see his grandfather Arjun there seriously discussing with Sahadev,Panchali and Bheem. Since the Sabha was cancelled due to severe rains weekly monitoring of administrative matters remained pending.So they are informally discussing important matters.l

Arjun caught hold of Pari and asked." Stop running. Don't you see rainwater everywhere? "

Uttara took the opportunity and complained." He is stubborn. I told him to play indoor games with Pragati. He did not listen."

Pari made a face." No fun in sitting and playing. Since two days I was struck inside."

So what do you want to do?" Arjun asked looking endearingly into his cute face.Panchali smiled at them both. Surprisingly Pari looks more like Arjun and less like A Bhi

Uttara revealed desparately." He did not finish this week's lessons. He just likes to have fun nothing else. " Bheem laughed proudly." He was like me. I always found mugging up my sastra lessons boring. Guru Dron used to punish me asking Gurumata not to serve my full quantity of food.

Pari is curious." Then what did you do Jyesht Pitamah? You learnt lessons?"

Bheem replied defiantly." Yes. But at my own will. He winked at Pari and told the secret." I used to grab Arjun's share of food without my guru's knowledge."

But my Ptamah did not feel hungry? Pari asked looking at Arjun. Sahadev replied with pride." Pari, he never needed food or sleep. He is an eternal learner. You should be like him but not like our Bhrata Bheem." Nakul who just came with Yudhishtir clapped and said." Pari be a good boy. Your veena teacher is waiting for you . Go."

Pari is all excited and ran with Uttara following him,gasping for breath. Parikshit got his pitamah Arjun's love for arts. He learns Veena with great devotion.

Yudhishtir told Arjun." Gandhari Mata and Mata wants to go to Gurumata before they leave.But rains are there. So plan for that. "

Sahadev expressed his concern." Gurumata will be shattered on hearing about their exile plans. She can not go due to her word to Gurudev that she will look after Gurukul."

Arjun 's face became dull. He got up nodded at his Eldest and walked off.

Panchali knew his pain. He doesn't want to part with his mother.She felt bad for him. Whenever she is in depression,he tries to pull her from her sorrow with his love and concern. Now he is in such a state. What could she do for him?

Arjun sat near the pond in the Royal garden. He never thought his mother would leave him abruptly. He could never come to terms with his father's death and remained aloof for many days. Now he has to face separation from his mother also .Suddenly he felt the delicate hands of Pragati round his neck. " Princess,why did you come this way? See it is dark. Again rain may happen." He protectively made her sit on his lap.

I did not come alone Pitasri." Pragati revealed.Arjun looked back and found his Krishnaa looking at him with concern. She walked nearer and said." Let us go now. It may rain again. "

The thunder and lightening indicated rain showers.

Sahadev called out." Pragati come over. Let us go back.your mother will come with your father."

Arjun lifted her and placed Pragati on Sahadev's horse that galloped away.

Panchali asked him" Why did you come this far? Your daughter did not relent till I bring her here. She sent off our chariot saying we will come with you."

Arjun took her close and walked faster. The rain became severe.
