Vedvyasa seldom recorded the feeling of Arjun when compared with Draupadi's.Arjun never exposed his love for her,like Bheema did.Did he not feel the need for it?He is more silent than vocal when the sharing of Draupadi is discussed by his mother and brother.Some say he is indifferent others say he resented it and bore the pain silently.But still Vyasa left enough evidence to prove Arjun's love for Draupadi.There is a section of people who argue that except winning the contest He remained throughout silent and detached.They feel that he loved subhadra more.But you can't find evidence of his excessive love towards subhadra.Inthe face of DrAu 's uninhibited exhibition of love for him,Arjunremained passive and composed.so let us study what was given to us by the great Vyasa himself.

Vyasa presents Arjun and Draupadi's interaction after Arjun returns with Subhadra.Arjun is conscious about Drau's feelings and he cared a lot .Ofcourse he married many beautiful women for political reasons and out of his own wish also.But the way he asked subhadra to dress up as a milkmaid and visit Draupadi explains a lot.If he does'nt bother he would never go to that extent. When he finally goes to her,he faces her ire with great understanding.Arjun definitely knows Draupadi's feelings and within the limit he tried his best to show his love and concern.Vyasa puts forth the beautiful relationship that existed between them in a subtle way.Those who can grasp the inner meaning will certainly relish it.For others it may not be palpable.

Even when he is going with Krishna to relax at the time of khandavadahana,Arjun took Draupadi with him along with Subhadra.If he does'nt care he would have taken only subhadra.Draupadi accompanied him despite her grave responsibilities as the queen of Indraprastha.Vyasa describes how the queens enjoyed on the banks of the river..So Arjuna did care for in his own way and Draupadi acknowledged this by spending time with him.

During the game of dice Arjun indirectly suppots Draupadi by his statement.Draupadi's question is how can Yudhi who lost himself stake her.Arjun says ..ISO hi raja ...The king Yudhishtir is our lord before staking.After he lost whose lord he is the assembly should decide?It is clear that Arjun also felt that Yudhi can not stake Drau after losing himself.If it is said that since She is his wife he can stake her,that also is not valid .Draupadi is the common wife of pandavas.Yudhi can not have authority over her,as his brothers also hold their authority over her.It is surprising that he did not have the courtesy to discuss about her staking with his brothers.Due to his commitment towards the famous pandava unity Arjun may not have said more than this.But his one statement is enough to show that Yudhi has no right to stake Draupadi. After Draupadi saves them from slavery,by asking boons,karna ridicules them that she is the boat who helped the pandavas who are floating in the sea of distress, to reach the shore.Bheem gets angry and addresses Arjun thus.A son bore by an insulted wife how can he be servicable to us? Shockingly the ever concerned Bheem said these words.Arjun is magnanimous .He tells Bheem one should not bother about the bad words uttered by people like karna. Where from he got such composure,in the face of losing the dignity of his wife and their own selves.What pain must he had endured when his dearest Gandiva is put as a stake and lost.How could he be cool when his foolish brother staked the hard earned kingdom and lost.He must have definitely thought about the days weeks months years spent by the four of them to expand and establish Indraprasth.The glorious Indraprasth and the Devine Gandiva along with Bheema's mace given to him by viswakarma,every thing was so callously put at stake and lost by one who never experienced the rigorous life they underwent battling for victory.Who never felt the intense love for the weapons,used.and finally Arjun bore the pain of seeing Draupadi face the most wretched treatment in the history of the universe.Ved Vyasa certainly conveyed Arjun's stand in the dice game by his single statement.That is the answer to Draupadi's question.It is a proof to his genuine feelings for her.I feel Arjun must have regretted winning his beloved Draupadi in the swayamvara particularly on the day of the game of dice.

Quite true. His desire to appease Draupadi's anger and jealousy itself speaks a lot. I think his composure and subtlety throughout MB is consistent with his restrained show of affection.

As per Mahabharat,we get less information regarding Krishna satya relationship.Whatever is there gives us ample proof for krishna's love for satya Bhima. There are two main instances given in the Epic. One is Krishna taking her to the forest when he visited pandavas.None of his wives except satya got the privilege.The second instance is in udyoga Parva during the visit of Sanjaya to upaplavya.He sees the foursome,Krishna,satya,Arjun and Draupadii spending quality time.Here also it is satya only .As per the security factor ,no instance shows some one else advance towards satya unlike in case of Draupadi. Arjun Draupadi case is widely different.Their love towards each other is any way studied here only and very well established.As per how secure they are towards each other certainly there are lessons to learn especially ,from Arjun.Draupadi's insecurity towards him,who got the attention of many girls is well known.Her reaction when subhadra was brought to Indra prastha is well presented by the author. We never see any positive interaction with chitrangada and lupine also.Arjun's encounters with girls continued with urvasi and Uttara.One tried to seduce him ,other was offered to him.In both cases Draupadi is a spectator only watching her irresistibly charming husband get female attention even after he crossed his prime youth.Regarding Arjun's love towards Drau I am establishing it in this blog only.Half done.As per Whether he is secure in the face of Draupadi's troubles with kichak, Jayadradh and even karn,Dussasan Duryodhan who insulted her. Arjun is highly secure about Drau's love for him.It is deliberately easy for him to understand her special love for him,as she is open about it uninhibited and expressive even before his brothers.We just studied how silently he supported her during Dice game by not bothering about Dussasan duryodhan and Karna 's indecent behaviour.He just ignored them that's all. When jayadrath abducted her he saved her and later took revenge.In the episode of kichaka he expressed his inability to protect her as he is in the guise of Brihanala. So we never find any insecurity either from his brothers.or from others.So modern age youth should learn from him how to support a wife in adversity,how to remain secure and confident.Presently many mishaps are happening due to lack of vistas and basic love.So there is a lot to learn from Arjun.
