New story on Karn?

Hey friends I am new to Mahabarath forum and I love Karn a lot.So I thought of writing story on Karn with my OC character.As I didn't watch Mahabarath I am not sure if I will be following the epic story line.Even I am not good with hindi and Enlish as I am a French moved to London before 3 years.So friends can I start a story on Karn ?
