Tia its wonderful really...I too agree Kunti was not a drama queen but yes at that time she could have only thought of all the insults and before flowing any little baby in the fast flowing Ganges anyone will feel bad..Great please continue..one of the best OSs I have read so far...Kunti is an interesting topic..glad you took it up.So now waiting for Pandu and all...all the best..good going 👏

I salute you Tia, for showing a mother's heart in Kunti so beautifully 👏 actually you know what, people can only blame her for leaving her firstborn but cannot place themselves in her situation to realize her pain while doing so! How helpless that young mother was for which she had to be so cruel 😭 nobody feels her pain 😭 If you read that part in epic then you will see how much tears she shed while her son was floating on the Ganga 😭 then she cried & prayed only, nothing else 🥺 you have shown this anguish of her heart in a very touching way hope at least some people will stop misunderstanding Kunti after reading this!

I am reading an OS after a month now...
Thanks to my limited internet connection at the place where i am staying now, i am unable to read or comment in any of the OSs...

Anyway, first I would to say this that thank u for writing this OS...

Kunti was indeed a very shrewd woman who changed the course of Karna as well as Draupadi's life.
She knew how to get wat she wanted n thats y maybe her inner pain is never given any importance.


I honestly feel that somewhere deep down, Kunti did feel bad for wat she did...n that's wat I wrote in my OS regarding Karna n Draupadi as well.
She lost her husband at such a young age...had to make sure her son gets his throne...had to keep them togrther...
So despite all the flaws, deep down she was a woman who had to take certain steps to ensure stability in her life.

Her abandonment of Karna n then acknowledging him at such an impeccable time just before the war are certainly questionable, but i personally believe that she did regret it deep down. No woman cal let go off a child happily.

In a country where every move of a woman is seen with judgement, somewhere i do understand y she abandoned Karna.

Thank u for writing this OS...i feel in this forum, we have written a lot about Draupadi, Arjun n Karna...
Kunti's story needs to be told as well...from her perspective.


I guess its very easy to judge people...but wat would we have done, if we were in their place? What does a 16 year old girl do, when she's thrust into motherhood by an accident in destiny? Is it that easy for an aged queen to confess about her premarital child birth to her grown up children? Is it that easy to speak the truth abour something like this?...i guess these r the biggest questions. Kunti did make many mistakes but her shrewdness was driven by her circunstances or so i feel.

U are a great writer...please write more...i just love ur writing style...

wow you wrote it so well.. though i never liked kunti. but you described it so well. for 8 months she waited alone for someting & had only him with her. And had to give him up immediately.your style of writing is captivating & makes for a good read
