Ohk Amrita here you go
A quality you like about the following
Dhritrastra
Shakuni
Dushyasan
Duryodhan
Keechak
Jatasura
Hidimb
One quality you hate about the following
Arjuna
Bheema
Nakula
Draupadi
Subhadra

If you were a princess during the Mahabharath era whom would you choose as your prince Charming???
If a Swayamwar was organised then what would be the contest you would choose??
What are the questions you would like to ask your groom??
In case your prince charming is man with kids then how would you deal with your contemporaries...
If Duryodhan happened to abduct you how would you deal with him ???(Do you actually believe in popular POV of Suyodhana???)
Sinceyou said you are a feminist I am expecting some really good answers for all the girly questions...

Hidimb He was Bhima's Sale Sahab 😆
One quality you hate about the following
Arjuna The fact that he never openly admitted his love for Draupadi 😭
Bheema His loud nature
Nakula Nothing as such
Draupadi The fact that she remained silent, when Yudisthir declared that she will be the wife of 5.
Subhadra Nothing at all.

Arjun 😳

No contest. Will just walk past the other suitors, and put the Varmala around Arjun. Coz, contest might lead to confusion. Remember Draupadi's Swamvar? 😆
What are the questions you would like to ask your groom??
How many girlfriends did u have before?
How much do u earn, coz, I might earn more...😉🤣
In case your prince charming is man with kids then how would you deal with your contemporaries...
Well, I would not try to get attached to him at all...
If Duryodhan happened to abduct you how would you deal with him ???
Hit him below the belt with my heels, and run off.
(Do you actually believe in popular POV of Suyodhana???)
No. anyone, who shows his thigh to his elderly sister-in-law in an obscene manner, can be anything but "Suyodhan". But that is my opinion.
Since you said you are a feminist I am expecting some really good answers for all the girly questions...
I am not a feminist...I am "almost" a feminist...
There's a subtle difference...

Thanks

1) Who is draupati in the true sense of the phenomena?
Draupadi, according to me, is the personification of women empowerment. She was not perfect, but she had some qualities, that certainly set her apart from the other women of her times. We love her or we hate her, but we just can't ignore her. She had the strength to voice her opinion, where she felt she had the right to. She did not lose her presence of mind, when she was being dragged by her hair, half-dressed, in her season, to a court full of men. She made sure, to remind her husbands of her justice. More importantly, she maintained her importance, even after having so many co-wives. And she also proved that a man and woman can be just friends, with her friendship with Lord Krishna.
She was a woman of substance. Such women don't get the delicate love of their families. But they make their presence felt when they are gone...Even thousands of years later, we remember her. What did she really achieve? Was she a Maharathi like Karna or Arjun? No. Did she give up something precious to herself like Karna or Gandhari did? No. Did she die fighting like Abhimanyu? No.
Yet, without such "significant" achievements, she still remains the heroine of the epic, whether some people like it or not.
And that's bcoz, she was one of her kind.
2) Co-relate draupati to five indian festivals. Explain the reasoning in detail.
Durga Puja...Bcoz she represents women empowerment.
Kali Puja...Bcoz she represents the stronger, vengeful side of womanhood.
Holi...Bcoz, she had multiple colours or layers to her. She was loving, caring, vengeful, truthful, etc.
Diwali...She was like fire herself. Like fire, she could nurture, if loved, and like fire, she could wreak havoc, if wronged.
Saraswati Puja/Lakshmi Puja...Draupadi was an intelligent woman. She looked after the finances of her husbands, gave her husbands advice, stating valid analogies(like she did to Yudisthir during exile), she looked after her husbands with utmost care...in short she had some traits of both Ma Lakshmi and Ma Saraswati, in my opinion.
3) Have you ever met any draupatis in real life?
No. Such women are rare.
4) If draupati is such an inspiration, why do we hardly find any girls named draupati?
Bcoz of our narrow mindset. People still blame Draupadi to be the "root cause for Kurukshetra". Like really? Men fight, men kill, men molest women, men conquer countries, men kidnap wives of others...But when it comes to putting a blame, then a woman is blamed for it????????????
I feel like screaming my lungs out to these people and say, "Read the epic carefully."
Sure, she wanted justice, but the war was not for her. Her husbands were ready to forget her insult, in return of land. So, the war took place , ONLY BCOZ OF LAND,THRONE AND POWER. And not bcoz of her. But many people don't know it, and so accuse her "destroying her own family", etc. If a woman is divided between 5 men, called names, molested publicly in front of her "mighty" husbands, when she is in her season, almost kidnapped twice and once by her brother-in-law, molested again by Keechak, loses her family and children...How can that woman remain docile, nave and soft-spoken? It's enough that she didn't lose her sanity.
Ofcourse, if a woman goes through both physical and mental assault, then she would certainly turn into a bitter person, asking for justice. Isn't that normal?
5) Since you are such a draupati admirer, would you ever consider naming your daughter(or someone close to you) draupati?why or why not?
Not Draupadi, bcoz it doesn't sound cool...😆
But I think Panchali and Krishnaa are great names. I also like Yagnaseni.
So, y not?
