diala I thought u knew hence asked! one thing I would say brc had influenced people mind too much regarding character potrayals, that include me too

hmm since he was never crowned a king i think he was an interim king till an heir came.And partition was more of a solution than a decision a solution which suited both pandavas and kauravas

I read that citation earlier too.but one thing bothers me that how wealth was so binding that it snatched bheeshma logical reasoning, how could this view influence his viewpoint iin such a way that he even did not utter any single words at major events(except at war). I remember a post which I read somewhere, in that post there was a citation from udyog parva in which yudi kind of taunts abt security matters in hp. the author pointed out the "akarmyata" of senior kuru leaders. I kind of agreed to it

Uff! There are a lot of contradictions..if he was bound by wealth, why he blessed the victorious side and revealed the manner that brought him down?

Secondly, the throne would have went to a Kuru only. So why he couldn't remain neutral here? He forced two major conditions as the commander...so why he didn't back out simply?

I'll be posting my interpretation soon.

On Star Plus, Ek Hasina Thi' was the top show at 20:00 with 127,500 viewers, followed by Mahabharat' with 119,100 viewers and Diya Aur Baati Hum' in third with 115,200 viewers. -
