Thanks dearie..you expressed it beautifully ..of course as I was mentioning above that one who nurtures hold more respect.. Be it radha ma or yashoda..they deserve much more respect..I definitely do admire karna for staying radheya throughout his life.

lovely completley agree even Radheya thought that he tells krishna in the epic that he wouldn't break his bonds with his mother for heaps of gold
I does hold respect Riti, but its not that simplistic... In Karna's & Krishna's case, both his adoptive parents created a loving environment hence we feel nurture has more respect.
It was Karna's nature along with the good environment that his adoptive parents gave that made karna who he is. Had he been the real son of Radha, his nature would have been different; he perhaps wouldn't go to extreme lengths to be a warrior... But it's his nature that facilitated that! He is the son of the Sun God, he is the progeny of a warrior clan and that has always won!.
Look at Dury, he is also Kurvansh's son like Karna (different circumstances); he has all influence of Bheeshma, Vidhur, Guru Dhrone etc.. If not anything, he should be the best man in the whole lot! But just the influence of Shakuni turned him the way he became... it was nurture that did the most damage!

i really loved the way to put it...the comparison between the two mothers in Karna's life is so simple and brilliant...đ
