That is not true. He was a Kshatriya and to kshatriyas glory is really important. Arjuna also wanted to be the best archer.

I agree Rushi... He is great. No demands, no words, nothing. So sad that still he has to face criticism for not giving Draupadi her love back (I don't understand why we always have to SHOW THROUGH EMOTIONS that we love someone), for being lucky, for Eklavya's gurudakshina, for doing adharm in Kurukshetra.

yeah, but he got something else to be proud of, he was krishna's sakhaa too aside from being the gretest archer of the world, i think being the friend of god is far more better.

Exactly I said he never did plan "Things " for glory by unfair means every kshatriya wants glory...he must have wanted too but that was not the only aim of his life and was never desperate to go to any extent to prove his greatness

I am not against Arjuna or anything. I also respect him. I just don't like the fact that you people are over-glorifying him. I agree that he was great but one must also remember that he was one of the great characters in the epic and not the greatest
