@Surya - btwn Kunti & Vasudev have the shresht children of that yuga... they must have done some punya to be so blessed. Wonder if they are punar avatars of anyone?

What about Vasudeva's other sisters?

They had Shishupala, Paundraka, Dantavakra, Vinda, Anuvinda, and the five Kekayas, all of whom were killed by Krishna or in the Kurukshetra war...

Most Puranas agree on Vasudevji being the incarnation of Maharishi Kashyap, father of all the devas. MB has Kunti as an incarnation of Siddhi, daughter of Vishwakarma and wife of Ganpati Bappa.
