I'm not talking about the intensity. I'm talking about Yudhishtir always butting in and standing next to Draupadi like he's her only husband!

Yeah, they have that silent communication that none of the others have with her...I'm happy with that :) because anything more obvious would look fake

She was concerned about Nakul yesterday...and we know her relationship with both N and S is more mother like

She has most confidence in Bheem and we heard her say that to the spies today

I wonder if they will show her taunt Yudi in exile- I guess not but I would like her to have an intelligent conversation on dharm with Yudi.

I am an Ardi fan I like the subtle romance though

Nakul and Sahdev are completely side-lined, they dont even look like they are her husbands😆

@bold true 😆 Poor Nakul n Sehdev...but I loved Nakul n Draupadi's emotional eyelock during dyuth sabha 😳

Bdw chck my comment as I edited it 😛

I do too. Yudhishtir may be a dharmraj but he never was a good husband (When we look at it from a woman's perspective). I like how StarBharat is giving out hints when it comes to proving that Draupadi loved Arjun the most. Like when he was about to go and look for his brothers yesterday she had this desperate look on her face, she wanted to go along. And then today when they were about to go their ways to do their tapasya, she looked at Arjun only.

But I really want the other brothers to get into the act! I'm sure Draupadi is getting impatient aswell. Yudhishtir is not the best person to live with! :D

Yeah, as I had said yesterday on a different post- Yudi's priorities in life were dharm>brothers>Kunti and then way down...Draupadi. I agree, Yudi was fit to be a leader but not an ideal husband. I've heard the same about Mahatma Gandhi too. He was a great leader but did he do justice to Kasturba as a husband??

But I guess the fact Draupadi loved Arjun more pinched him all his life as that's the one statement he made when Draupadi fell from the Meru parvat.

I'm glad SOMETHING pinched him! And I'm double glad Draupadi had a big hand in it. He didn't deserve her, if you ask me. He was the first person she asks the blind dude to set free even after he put her at stake. We all look at it from various perspectives, the dyuth incident, but when we actually look it form her perspective I wonder how she could bear to live with him after. How she gathered all her semblance and forgave him, although she couldn't forget. What they showed over here was nothing when compared to what actually happened. She was on her period and imagine the humiliation she must have faced just because Yudhishtir couldn't say no to playing Chinese checkers!

I thought quoting more than four times was not allowed 🤔
Or that rule only applicable for the ATs?
Now, has this thread turned into Yudi-bashing or is it going to be "When will the other Pandavas start acting like hubbies to Drau?"

Anyway, back to the topic OF THE THREAD, I think the behaviour of the other Pandavas towards Draupadi is a COMPLETE reflection of the fact that they THEMSELVES place Yudi on a higher pedestal than Panchali.

If Panchali REALLY mattered to them so much, why didn't they say,"To hell with jesht, we're protecting our patni"? In ⭐️B, the other Pandavas had TWO chances to revolt against jesht in the dice hall. Why didn't they?

Arjuna even went to the extent of "justifying" Yudi's actions when it came to Panchali's staking, by offering an explanation from Yudi's POV. That's just brilliant, isn't it?

And after all of this, you seriously expect ANY of the Pandavas to be "good" husbands to Drau when jesht means EVERYTHING to them?

Yes, Bhim took the pran to burn jesht's hands. But he REFUSED to do it at first. It was only AFTER constant goading and reminding by jesht that he "fulfilled" his pran, that too, with a full display of waterworks.

Yeah, if one reads books written from Draupadi's POV like "Yajnaseni' and 'POI", one can tell Yudi was her least favorite pati😉 I for one don't ship them at all. Yudi was a good human being and good leader but not husband material

Umm, ok, I guess I was merely talking about giving some screen space to Draupadi and the rest of the Pandavas. Although, I was talking to bheegi about Yudhishtir because that's where our conversations lead to. And we aren't bashing him, we're just stating what we think of him and assuming what Draupadi must have thought of him.
