Indeed Lord Krishna helped the pandava's throughout ... helped and guided them as well..

also Lord Krishna helped the pandava's by showing Karan his identity ... it did cause Karan initial imbalance ... and he kept this secret from the pandavas till after Karans death! ... it wouldn't be mahabharat if this secret wasn't a secret!
