It's said that the one who supports/sides with adharma is an adharmi. I tend to differ in Bhishma's case..he sided with adharma at the end but that doesn't make him adharmi!

There are several points to support it.

Dunno why Krishna is blamed for Bhishma vadh. He had no role, Bhishma only planned.

True Shreya! Krishna had no role in his case except that of Arjuna's chariot driver. Whereas he planned the slaughtering of others.

This is because Bhishma was his supreme devotee. So the most important question arises here, why a devotee sided against his lord?
