Last night, Sishupala did a good job of educating viewers who get their knowledge of the epic from this serial of some of the background stories - Krishna killing Kansa, Pootna & so on. His tirade against Bhima for marrying a rakshashi made no sense, but his one against Arjun for getting Ekalavya's thumb severed did.

But 2 things surprised me. How does Bheeshma, who's a guest, tell Bhima what he can or can't do w/o the king's permission? Also, Yudisthir would never have ordered Sishupala's death, since the latter was a guest, and also, killing someone in the sabha would be inauspicious for the yagna. Krishna however made the point moot by doing it himself.

Also, if Arjun was gonna ask Sishupala to leave, why would he threaten him w/ war once he got home? Didn't make much sense. Might as well just kill him here.

Part in red - I seriously thought he was doing a review of Krishna's baal leelas...😆

Part in blue - Arrey, this is ⭐️Yudi, who talks back to Dhrit and rebuffs him throughout the length of one whole epi. Threatening Shishupala with death sentence is no big deal for him.

Part in green - Arjuna was only being fair to Shishupala by giving him time to prepare for war!! 😃

Bhishma STILL thinks this is HP. Or maybe he thought that the Pandavas would obey him🤔...and Bhim did.

Yudi seems to display extremes of behaviour - from "kshama" to giving direct orders for shastraharan - okay, it was Drau's suggestion. But she only said to "tyaag" shastra...he actually went one step further...aur phir se Nakul ko bhool gaya...😭

Arjun & Bhim protective of Krishna...👍🏼

When did Sudarshana appear?? We only saw it do kalyan of Shishupala...and back on Krishna's finger...
