Animosity between Indraprasth and Hastinapur begins in Star Plus' Mahabharat

The fight between Indra and Arjun (Shaheer Sheikh) has been keeping one and all hooked to the mythological treat Mahabharat (Swastik Productions) on Star Plus. And now with Krishna (Saurabh Raaj Jain) putting an end to the war, Indra has gifted a new kingdom Indraprasth' to the Pandavas.

Feeling impressed by the valour of the Pandavas, Indra will turn the barren land into a magnificent kingdom. Thereafter families from Hastinapur will decide to come to the new kingdom and start living there.

This will make Duryodhan (Arpit Ranka) really tensed. And seeing him worried, Shakuni (Praneet Bhatt) will convince him to lay strict orders on the people moving to the kingdom of the Pandavas and ask Karan (Ahem Sharma) to make the announcement.

Stopping Vrishali (Nazea Sayed) from going back to her family in Indraprasth, Karan will order his soldiers to arrest her. This will enrage Kunti (Shafaq Naaz) and she will tell Karan that he has no right to stop someone from being with their family. Seeing this, Dhritarashtra (Anoop Singh Thakoor) will decide that Kunti along with the royal family will not be a part of Indraprastha nagar pooja as they have to set an example for the people of Hastinapur.

When Karan will get to know about this, he will talk to Duryodhan and try to convince him. But after he fails to do so, he will decide to resign as the king of Ang. He will further tell Duryodhan that although he will never be able to do so much injustice to the people, he will always stay loyal to him as a friend. Duryodhan will get upset with Karan's decision but on Shakuni's insistence, he will agree.

So what all twists lie in the near future as the battle of Kurukshetra draws to a close?

It is so fishy that they are having Karna resign as the king of Anga when Rajsuya Yajna could happen and it calls for Bheema annexing Anga which should be under Karna, not King less.😵

Written update 5th March 2014 Episode - 126

1) Vidur to Pitamah and Dhritarashtra shows the map of Aryavrat and gives them the information of Indraprasth. He says to the King "Kumar Duryodhan might be jealous of Yudhistir" in an indirect way.

2) Then Shakuni enters the room. He starts talking ironically to Vidur. Politely he throws verbal arrows of hatred. He has come to stop the continuous migration of Hastinapur residents to Indraprasth.

3) He says to the king and others "Duryodhan is very good; he will give 1 lakh gold coins and 1 lakh cows to Pandav because he is very dharmik. He will give but how will he earn wealth for his country?"

4) Vidur replies "the residents of Hastinapur will earn wealth for the king" Then Shakuni confronts "but all residents are going to Indraprasth so how Hastinupur will be prosperous?"

5) To hear this Dhritarashtra talks to Shakuni and decides to stop the villagers. He almost orders Pitamah to stop the villagers. Shakuni again bents his words and says to the king "why are you sending Pitamah to stop the villagers; it is so insignificant. Rather, I am sending Karn to stop them " Then he smiles with utter hatred to Mahamahim Bhishma.

6) The king orders "if any villager tries to leave the city will be imprisoned and punished" Dussansan and Karn come to stop them.

7) Dussasan orders to close the main gate. So many people huddle together to go to the other side of the gate. Lots of children, old women get hurt badly. To see all these Karn feels so bad. He requests the villagers to go back to their homes.

8) Vrushali was a village girl where Karn once lives. She recognizes Karn and calls him "kumar radhey". She requests him to let her go. Karn is promise-bound to Duryodhan so he orders the soldier to imprsion Vrushali.

9) Then Kunti comes along and says to Karn "have you forgotten the dharma of your parents, Vrushali said, your crown has become your dharma. Adharm doesn't stay in crown, adharm is the greed of wearing the crown. Are you calling your "greed" your "responsibility" ?

10) Then Kunti orders Karn to free Vrushali and she takes her.
Karn feels extremely saddened for he has to pay his debt to Duryodhan by taking the side of Adharm.

Main theme : The King's unethical order to stop the villagers and Vrushali's converstaion with Karn.

Because Dhrit clelary said that to declare IP sovreign they need to subjugate 100kings i dont think pandavas will wait for 12 years till arjuna returns from exile for this .It may just happen side by side

Written update 6th March 2014 Episode : 127

1) Dhritarashtra gets angry with Kunti because she saved Vrushali. Dussasan tries to brainwash the king against Kunti. He gets more agitated with Kunti and decides to punish her.

2) Gandhari makes her son (Dussasan) understand that punishing Kunti is never ethical. Pitamah suggests the king not to inflict any sort of punishment to Kunti because she has stopped the fights between residents and the princes.

3) But Dhritarashtra ingores Pitamha's advice, and he says to the king that he still has a boon of "willful death". To this the king becomes a little cautious and talks to him politely.

4) The king says "no punishment will be given to Kunti but I am not giving her the permission to meet her sons in Indraprastha" Gandhari requests him not to separate Ma Kunti from her sons. But The king stays resolute in his unethical decision.

5) Karn is shown donating gold coins to Brahmins. They bless them with the words of welfare. They say "Angraaj Karn, you are the greatest Danveer in the entire Aryavrat". Karna replies "I am not a Danveer, I am doing on my father's advice because donation purifies my soul"

6) Vrushali requests Karn to take her to her father in Indraprasth. She also informs him of the order of prevention of Kunti's meeting with her sons given by the King.

7) Hearing this Karn gets so worried and disheartened. He says "This is adharm to separate a mother from her sons, I shall have to talk to Kumar Duryodhan regarding this"

8) Karn requests Duryodhan not to separate Ma Kunti from Pandav.
Duryodhan says that he cannot do that because it is a part of politics. Karn says " you tried to burn Ma kunti, that was a great sin, she is alive so now don't be so much unethical"

9) Shakuni looks at Karn with his manipulative eyes and stays silent.

10) Karn says that they can fight with men but hurting women or children is a sin. Duryodhan does not pay heed to Karn's good advice, rather he talks very roughly with him.

11) Shakuni comes up and says to Karn "you are a king, that is why you have to do some adharm"

12) To this Karn decides to desert the Post of the King of Anga. He takes off his crown and says "I have no greed of the crown; I cannot side with your adharm Kumar Duryodhan, but I shall always protect you and this is my promise. "

13) Duryodhan becomes extremely agitated with him and says "when you were being insulted, I gave you power and now you are cheating me ... Sutputra !!!!"

14) Karn feels a little bad. Duryodhan accuses him. He says "you are now tending to team up with Arjun to increase your ability"

15) However, Karn takes a vow and leaves.

16) Shakuni tells Duryodhan "don't worry, we will need Karn later, he will surely come back"
