Today krishna wasnt in the episode but he was still there.
Krishna is everywhere.Dwarka is there where is krishna so everywhere is dwarka.
Krishna lives in Arjunas heart so for him it doesnt matter where he is because his dwarka is always there in his heart.

And can i just say that Partha lookes just yummy and amazing, all tanned brown skin in the pink(purple?) and white dress, like a white-pink stripped Christmas candy stick dipped in melted hot chocolate ... Just yummy
