they got married in shiv temple himbi in her queen get up. yudi put one condition that by every night bhim should be his bros. soon both flew away. next shoot there was ten yr old boy ghatotkacha was shown. himbi track over.

Absolutely one who knows nothing about Mahabharat will definelty feel this way 😆😆😆😆. How can she even think of killing herself when her purpose of life is not yet fulfilled that too she had prayed for it as Amba.

haha so much for Arjun being the world's greatest archer then if he can't figure out how to win Draupadi. I see something like the typical bollywood movie:

Pehle do premio ke milan (first two lovers meet; Arjuna and Draupadi. It's probably Hidimb chasing Draupadi to eat her or something, Arjuna pops up and kicks some ass; Bhim is upset that Arjun killed Hidimb, but when he sees Draupadi he is reminded of Aloo-Ghobi (mmm).

Phir, ishq me par jate hai (then they fall in love. They'll probably be watching the sunset, playing in gardens, flirting ... you know the game)

Then Mr. Drupad shows up and takes her away because he wants to torture her some more. He arranges this incredibly hard task so Draupadi will stay single (hahahaha) ... this is picharna stage.

Arjuna wins and the lovers meet again. This is milan part II.

I know how fond you guys are of distorting this epic.

Drupad is UNBEARABLE and the way you have mutilated him is also unbearable. Seeing as you don't care about destroying the story, Please kill him ASAP. Make Dhristadyumna arrange her Swayamvar, etc.

You already give all of the other Pandav roles to Arjun, why not just give all of Drupad's role to his son?

Trust me killing Drupad this early on will boost your TRP's and it seems to be that is all you care about.

In agreement. Why has Drupad been depicted as such? It's almost akin to how Dhritarashtra was shown towards Gandhari earlier on, clearly they get kicks from creating victims out of characters eg the uneccesary dragging emotional self-pitying scenes of Pandavas n Kunti where Arjuna specialises in catching tears, there is far too much investment in emotional drama over real meaning. There is so much material there already to be investigated further, why slew the reputations of these characters? Anyone serious about the Mahabharata would have done their research first.

well they are showing drupad this way becuase they wanted to show a strong draupadi from the start which will create more drama and more TRP's.Shrugs.

But the fact of the matter is had they stuck to the original epic they would have still gotten good TRP's.Wasnt BRC's MB a hit despite being close to the original epic this would have been too.But what to do CV's dont think so

One thing that struck me - if Drupada had no sons, wouldn't his #1 priority be getting a yuvraj, as opposed to getting a senapati? Any suitable soldier in his army - a maharathi or an atirathi could have been the senapati, but for yuvraj, he'd have needed a son. Since he has no son in this serial, that should have been Dhrishtadyumna's first job.

In reality, he already had 2 sons - Satyajit & Vrika, and one of them was probably the yuvraj. Dhrishtadyumna would have been his senapati, once he arrived, but at this time, Shikhandini would probably still have been a woman, and a non combatant. Until her sex change, while she may have been taught warfare, it's unlikely that she'd have actually been sent into war.

Also, while it is known that Drupada was obsessed w/ Drona, where is it written that the same was true about Dhrishtadyumna?
