I was very small wen old mahabharta used to come on DD...they repeated it several times and other channels have also repeated it...I hav seen the older version...It was very detailed and the casting was awesome !! each and every character looked real.

I remember Chanakya so well some criticized it at that time for being difficult to understand it in terms of language but I found it better then Mahabharat because sets were damn good acting of each and every one was damn good the language was pure and seeing Chanakya would take us to that era it was authentically so true and it would give goose bumps and we all knew Chanakya better then before because of that serial
he was someone real who brought the entire Asia in one country under one samrat one Empire hats of to him and all due to his inteligence his chaturya 😆😆

despite technology not being as advance in those days as it is today BR gave us a classic

but it whitewashed many characters completely

For example Satyavati of BRC was so different then Satya of this MB

And this MB is blackening some cjarecters totally

but IN Mahabharata i believe most people were grey characters

And the reak truth lies between white and black

this is the technology age and here it is alright to twist the story to suit one's PURPOSE

there is no comparison between the OLD MAHABHARAT and this one
just enjoy the glamour technology which is not so good atleast I find it ridiculous
fashion garments etc etc
but still enjoy and have fun whats more enjoyable is that coming here and listening to what people have to say about the Mahabharat 👏 so much knowledge of people Mind blowing 👏
Atleast for a change we got saved from watching creepy vulgur Ekta Kapoor serrials 🤢😡
