Duḥśalā would have been Dhṛtarāṣṭrajā with a long ā at the end.

All of her brothers are Dhṛtarāṣṭraja with a short a. Which three of them are called Dhṛtarāṣṭraja?

Correct! Duryodhana, Duḥśāsana, and Vikarṇa are individually called Dhṛtarāṣṭraja.

No, he's not called Pāñcāleya. He's Pāñcālya.

Kṛṣṇā Draupadī is Pāñcālī, not Pāñcāleya.

Correct! Any Draupadeya out of the five could be called Pāñcāleya, but the name appears only once, where it belongs to Śatānīka Nākuli.
