The beautiful forts and palaces of Rajasthan attract many film and TV makers, but it's not always easy to shoot at these picturesque locations.
Television actor Siddhant Karnick, who was recently in Bikaner to shoot for his upcoming show with actress Anita Raj, had a tough experience shooting in the heat.

The upcoming show, 'Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani', is a love saga set in the 1940s, in which Karnick plays prince Rana Indravardhan Singh Deo of the erstwhile royal family of Amarkot.
The actor said, "It was a different experience to shoot in the blistering heat of Rajasthan, especially when the temperature was at its worst. But since the show explores the dynamics of all that transpired behind the four walls of the imperial palaces in that era of Indian history, we have to look perfect, wearing elaborate costumes to bring that time alive."
He added, laughing, "As much as I love Rajasthan, I think I am done with shooting there."
