Madhu is admitted to the hospital.All are weeping in the hospital.
RK:Why always this is happening to us?
Ronit:Control yourself bhaiyya.
Parvati sheds tears.Bhoomi goes near her.
B:Why are you upset mom?
P:I'm thinking of Madhu.I hope she is fine.
B:I also hope so.I'm scared of Mohini aunty.You remember..once you pampered Mayank.She became angry and even said that you have no right over him as you have no blood relationship with him.She said she is the only grandmother Mayank has and you are not her grand mother.
P:Yes.I hope Mohini has changed and she understands our feelings now.
B:Anyways RK jeeju will take care of Madhu.He is more careful now.
After Madhu's surgery...
The doctor comes out:God has heard your prayers.The operation is successful.
They are very excited.
Madhu opens her eyes slowly.She sees RK.She smiles.
MADHU:RK!
She holds his arm.
RK is surprised.
RK:Madhu!
MADHU:I'm saved?When the light fell on my head i thought i'm finished.
RK is surprised.
He thinks:Madhu remembers everything now.God..thank you.You heard my prayer.
MADHU:God does'nt want to separate you from me.That's why he saved me.
RK smiles:Yes.
He caresses her hand.
RK:A lot more happened.
MADHU:What?
RK tells her everything which happened after her light accident.
She is shocked.
They return home.
Mohini:RK and Madhu...please stop at the door.I will bring aarthi.
She brings arthi and receives them.
M:This is the real beginning.
RK and Madhu enter the house with a smile.
Anirudh:I will give this happy news to Om now.
He rings up Om:There is a happy news.Madhu remembers her past now.
Om is surprised:Really?How?
A:That's a story.To celebrate this happiness we are keeping a party in the evening.Come ok.
O:Sure.
Om puts the phone down.
O:Parvati...Bhoomi...Manthan...come soon.
They all come.
P:What's the matter?So excited.
O:Madhu got her memory back.
All are surprised.

Om,Parvati,Bhoomi,Manthan and KT come.Madhu runs to them.

MADHU:I have not seen you.So i could'nt recognise you.But when i realized that you are Manthan's beloved i could make out your name.Because the name which always comes out of Manthan's mouth is KT.He calls you KT though your name is Krishna tulsi.
KT looks at Manthan.They both smile at each other.
RK and Madhu talk to the guests.They are shocked to see Ayesha and Rakesh entering the house.
RK:Why did she come again?What does she want?
Ayesha goes near them:Don't worry..i don't have any intention to trouble you both.I just came to wish you both a happy married life.
They are relieved.
A:I'm sorry Madhu.I hurt you a lot.I even forgot that we both are same blood.
MADHU:It's ok.You are my sister.
A:You are so sweet.
They both hug.
RK,Om,Parvati,Bhoomi,Rakesh and Manthan smile seeing this.
R:I'm happy that both my daughters are together now.
A:We both will be always together dad.
Everyone becomes happy.
The atmosphere becomes romantic with a romantic song:

Bhoomi is waiting for someone.A cute guy arrives.Bhoomi goes to him and holds his arms with a sweet smile.She takes him to the dance floor and dances along with him.Madhu sees it.
MADHU:Who is that?
RK:Look at them carefully.Don't you think that they love each other?He is Joydeep.Bhoomi's lover.
Madhu is surprised.She smiles.
MADHU:But she did'nt tell me anything about him.
RK:When we were in Paris she had tried to contact you.But she did'nt get you.So she phoned and told me about Joydeep.
MADHU:Really?I'm so happy that my sister got someone who loves her.
Suddenly she sees Ayesha standing alone and watching them dance.
MADHU:I wish Ayesha also got someone who loves her sincerely.
Shiv goes near Ayesha:Shall i give you a company?
Ayesha looks at him.
He extends his arm.She holds his arm slowly.They go to the dance floor and dance.
Madhu and RK smile seeing Shiv and Ayesha together.
