According to me the upcoming track after knowing about the pregnency all will be happy except madhu she will then decide to abort the child as whenever she saw her child she will remember about her lost of degnity but after sometime madhu realize that for raja mistake she cant do such a big crime of aborting a child. In the time period of pregnancy raja will be very changed and also he will be very caring for madhu. Seeing this change in raja madhu grew a soft corner for him and this will be converted into love .And at the end of the madhubala track madhu will deliver a baby boy.
