Chapter 3
(Madhu's POV)
"Deliver this gift now, is it?" I mumbled. "Am I person who runs errands or a PA?"
I gave the driver the address. The gift was small, but awfully heavy for its size. What's in it, a weight?
"Wonder who the special person is." I said to myself.
The driver pulled next to a grand apartment building. I took the paper with the address back, and hopped out of the taxi.
"Thank you." I gave him the money and went inside.
The lobby of the building was beautiful. I walked in slowly, admiring the beauty. The security guard stopped me.
"Excuse me ma'am. Who do you want to see?"
"I'm making a delivery. Here's the address." I handed him the paper. He looked at it and chuckled.
"Ok ma'am. I can't refuse you." He looked at me with exuberant eyes.
"Thank you." I snatched the paper from him.
I took the paper and looked at the apartment number. Top floor it seems. Wonder who this special person is. I crumpled it up and stiffed it into my bag. The elevator opened up to a large doorway, to a penthouse. I rang the bell, then came a servant. He looked at me uncomfortably and opened the door.
"Who do you want to see ma'am?"
"Anyone. I'm here to deliver a gift to someone. It's from my boss, Yash Mehta."
"Just a minute ma'am." He walked away and went to find someone.
(RK's POV)
"RK sir!"
"What is it Mangesh?" Probably some producer.
"That girl, Armaan Sinha's ex girlfriend. She came here."
"Oh." I laughed. "Miss Madhubala Malik."
"Yes sir. She was saying she brought a gift from Yash sir."
"Ok, you can go."
"Time to have some fun, RK." I smiled to myself.
(Madhu's POV)
"How long will these people make me wait?"
I got up and walked around the house. I was a grand penthouse. It looked like it belonged to someone famous. Then the servant came back with water.
"Thank you." I took the glass.
I turned around to footsteps coming from upstairs. Finally someone is here.
"Madhubala...ahaaan." I looked up to the top of the staircase. Superstar RK was leaning in the wall, smirking in an unbuttoned shirt. Great, Now I have to deal with him.
"Why are you quiet, Madhubala?" He said, a smirk still plastered on his face. He began to come downstairs.
"Mummy, where have you sent me?" I grumbled to myself.
He came downstairs and stood on front of me. He kept staring. What a creep...
"I came to deliver a gift, from Yash sir." I said flatly.
"So?" He snickered.
"So...I did my job. And now I am leaving." I turned and started towards the door. RK grabbed me by the wrist.
"Feisty one, aren't you? May I call you jungli bili?"
"NO! Now let me go!" I struggled to free myself from his grasp.
"Fine." He let go of me. "So tell me, how is Armaan doing?"
"I have nothing to do with him...or YOU!" I yelled.
"Those who meet RK always have something to do with him." He said.
"I'm done with you! The gift is on the table. Enjoy!" I yelled as I left.
(RK's POV)
Full of attitude and beauty...I like it. She will be a fun thing to play with. I picked up the gift. It had a Rolex watch inside. I then called Yash.
"Hello Yash...thanks for the gift yaar. It's great."
"No problem Rishabh...by the way, how did you like my new PA? You must already know who she is."
"Yes I do. She's feisty. Nice choice."
"Thanks yaar. Anyways, got to go. Urgent meeting. Bye."
"Bye."
