Part 1
Tauji tells Bhanu that only family members will do all the rituals ..! Tauji glares at Raja! Raja tells Tauji not to snatch his right to light the pyre of his mother! Tauji says what i said is final! Amar tells Tauji not to get carried away by emotions and not snatch Rajas right! Agni tells Amar to keep quiet and that Taiji was killed by this hubby-wifey pair! Tauji asks Bhanu-Amar and others to carry the dead body! All breakdown! Raja is left behind as all leave! Raja says wont spare u Madhu! Raja is handcuffed by the cops!
Madhu comes with Radha and security asks where are u going! Madhu says Rajas place and security says all left for crematorium! Madhu asks when! Security says u call and ask! Madhu tells Radha and says lemme call them! Radha says no use..! Its too late.. lets leave!
Next day morning, Raja is presented in court! Raja glares at Madhu! He tells Madhu that u brought me here to be punished.. well u will be punished for murdering Taiji ...and i will punish u! Judge says this is insult of court..! Madhus lawyer tells Judge that the man has no respect for the law .. or his wife...! She says the man who can threaten Madhu in open court, imagine how he behaves with his wife! The lawyer says Madhu being from a middle class family .. left her comfortable life and lodged the complaint... why! No woman would want to! He needs to be punished and hanged to death! Rajas lawyer says wow.. great speech ..this is not TV channel where we debate! This is court, where we debate on true and fake! He says talk to u regularly ..time to talk to Madhu! Judge allows!
Madhu comes in witness box! Rajas lawyer asks Judge that the subject of this case is relation without consent.. but a woman who is married forcefully to a mentally challenged man, will she keep quiet or go to court! Judge asks how is this connected! Lawyer says..she is standing in front of us..! Madhu is the one!

Lawyer asks Madhu to tell Judge if she was married without her consent or not! Madhus lawyer objects! Rajas lawyer says it is related! Madhu hesitates! Lawyer asks yes or no! Madhu says yes! Judge asks why did u not lodge a complaint! Rajas lawyer says her whims ..! She has no faith on law! Mr. AK who supported her.. got her married.. one day he died and she did not approach the law! Possibly she killed him ..as she did not get along with AK! Madhu says this is a lie.. i did not kill AK .. Raja did! Rajas lawyer says .. the case which is closed as suicide.. Madhu blamed her hubby! Madhu says i dont consider Raja my hubby! Rajas lawyer says another fake statement.. if she does not consider Raja her hubby .. why not file for divorce! The day she called as day of rape.. was the day of her pag phera and she came with Raja back home! Madhu says this is a lie! Rajas lawyer says this is a trend now in the nation .. accuse ur hubby ..whenever u want! Madhus lawyer asks why! Rajas lawyer says greed..! Madhu says this all is a lie! Judge says court is adjourned, next hearing after lunch! Raja tells Madhu that i will cure you by your medication! Will humiliate u so much, u wont be able to even look at urself in the mirror! U killed my Taiji .. i wont spare u ..and i wont kill u either.. will keep u alive to suffer! U have seen my love now see how my hate is! Raja is taken away by the cops!
Outside the court, Madhu-Radha-Bittu are sitting on bench to eat! Raja is brought there and Madhu says lets go someplace else! Radha says no.. if the shameless has no shame then why should we leave! Amar brings food for Raja..! He asks for Lassi!
A reporter comes to take Madhus interview! Raja says what bahaduri! Magarmach ke muh me hath dena atmahatya hoti hai..! He calls the interviewer to him! Raja says kaam hua ek ..aur naam de diya do..! Use it as headline! Raja says 'humne kiya pyaar.. aur unhone hamare pyaar ka kiya vyapar' ..! Raja says she dared to bring me to the court! Bittu says lets leave from here.. it stinks here! Madhu says. no .. we will face Raja!
Interviewer asks Raja if its true that woman make false accusations against their hubbies these days! Right then Bittu is attacked and threatened! The goons tell Raja.. dont worry we will get u freed! Raja is taken by surprise too! Madhu tells Raja u showed ur true colors.. all have seen it..! Now ur lie and my truth will compete in court! Rajas lawyer tells Raja that he has called his death with this act! Raja says i din call the goons! Rajas lawyer says ur family must have sent them .. this is not village..! One wrong step can ruin it all for u! Raja calls Tauji that i know ur upset with me.. din come to court. .but it din mean u ruin things for me! Why did u send the goons to attack Madhu! Tauji says am not mad.. i din send them .. someone else must have sent them! Raja asks who! Both wonder ..!
Precap -- Rajas lawyer tells Raja that that man who got Madhus family attacked has turned the case in Madhus favor! Raja says my mistake trusting u . .i should have fought the case myself! Lawyer asks what will u do! Raja says i still have the trump card!
