Strangling and now slap? What else is next?!?

I find nothing humorous about the scenario of a man slapping his wife even if it is accidental and then offering up a stick to her to administer his punishment! It amazes me how this fandom raised HELL when AK, the enemy, slapped Madhu. But are now generally complacent that Raja has already strangled her and now will also slap her as well. Why? Because you all want to chalk it up to his upbringing. Well darlings Raja was raised by KRK, his dad, till the age of 12. I am sure that I don't have to go much into details about KRK but we all know he was respectful of women and would have never thought to raise a hand against one. So technically he grew up with noble values for the first 12 years of his life. He knew of better ways. So excuse me if I don't buy the upbringing argument because he couldn't have unlearned everything at Tauji's hands. Also the argument that Raja is uneducated should be thrown into the trash because 1) he is quite intelligent and seems to possess good business sense. 2) As Raju he was proficient in English. The boy may have grown up in a village but as Tauji's heir he most definitely received some sort of education! So please STOP excusing despicable behavior traits with these arguments because they do not hold up! CVs are making a big mistake by deconstructing Raja's character and turning a grey shaded hero and turning him villainous. Instead of arguing with Reshma and I, do us all a kind favor and ask NF to tone it down and give us our hero back!!!!

I agree with only one thing in your post that I don't like watching guys slapping girls, be it accidental or deliberately

Raja is as grey as they come ...if he is being a hero he is a a good character...if he is doing darker things he is butchered ? kahan ki logic hai
He is an Anti-hero. There will ALWAYS be things about him that will be wrong and flawed.😛
I find it funny that people say they love Raja...but they cant seem to accept that he has a violent and raging side as well ...kaisa yeh pyaar hai ? 😆
