Okay I have hopped on this crazy train. So these two were step siblings not related by blood for their early childhood and now they have been married for nearly 10 years. The marriage seems forced and Pati is very controlling that in even these ten years she can't stop calling him bhai. I demand to know more. :)

awesome concept...really something I have never read before...So madhu & Rishabh are not related by blood & I don't consider them as siblings as their mom & dad were not even married...but still after a long married life of 10 yrs , madhu still calls him bhai...😕...may be because madhu has not accepted this relationship yet & the marriage was forced...quite interesting..😃
