Hmmm...From where to begin...
First thing.When Vivian was out of the show I was sooo down and depressed so I thought that I want to see him at any cost.I still do but with little bit changed perspective.There are maybe things I don't like about the show,but remembering those times,I promised I'd watch so I will.But to be honest,not that I care about TRP's,but I can understand why there is so much problems about that thing in particular.I know that AS is giving his best to make this show work but sometimes I wonder if he reads this forum because if he does that would be very helpful for him 'cause people here are giving a lot of ideas of what would work on Madhubala and what not.Many ideas have been suggested.Many thought shared.Not talking only about characters but story too.
The Madhubala story(and not talking only on Rishbala story)had it's charm because of one thing.And that thing is-movies and superstars which I haven't seen in another show(maybe there are some,but I haven't watched).For me it was interesting because it was more of a modern show,showing the life of our beloved superstar RK.But RK still appeared later in the story.The story was also about Malik,Padmini,Trishna,Roma and Madhubala as a persons present on the sets of movies.That was a very interesting idea when I started to watch the show.And I don't need to start telling everybody about RK how was he like,we all know him,his ego and attitude made us not take our eyes of the screen and Madhubala as the thorn in his eyes was the only one with a true and righteous character strong enough to oppose him.
I understand that that is hard to achieve and to make a show a strong as that is hard.BUT...Still...there were enough things makers should've stick to...And that is the movie atmosphere in the show,the story to be about movies,clarifying the deaths of Rishbala,giving Rajbala chance to develop into a beautiful grown romance and make Raj appear close enough or similar to RK(maybe only a normal guy with normal voice).
But,for now I see that we are getting closer to some gangster story in which Sultan belonged and as I know many people didn't like him.I don't know what to think about the current story.I hoped it's gonna revolve around movies too but as I see,that idea is faaar away.Somehow I don't get how the writers don't understand what people want to see.
But,what I have biggest problem with now,in the current track is,Raj's tone.I know how KRK was,but it's not needed for Raj to speak like him too.If he is cured let him speak normal.I want to see two normal people starting to care for each other and love each other.
I have to admit one thing-seeing Raj coming to Madhu's chawl,and I was like-WWWOOOWWW,Vivan looked amazing in black!Absolutely stunning!With him everything can happen in the show.But...the story IS a problem if you ask me!
